For example, when ransomware tries to encrypt files, the engine detects the behavior, creates a copy of the file, and allows the ransomware to encrypt the copy. After a few files are encrypted, Check Point identifies the ransomware and stops it, then restores the original files using the copies. This level of protection is superior to other solutions because they may detect ransomware after it has already encrypted some files, but they don’t have the ability to recover the encrypted files. Check Point's technology ensures minimal file loss by always having a backup ready.

The solution's efficiency in threat containment and overall protection needs improvement. It should be capable of blocking threats autonomously rather than merely issuing alerts. Enhancements in the real-time update mechanism, better integration capabilities with other security solutions, and improved threat containment features would be beneficial.

Normally all companies must validate, take into account, and manage the budget annually. The issue is the cost is high. It is important to understand that many of these solutions generate false positives. This type of issue should be improved so that we can be a little more efficient. We'd like better performance of the network equipment. There are high-speed environments where an immediate response is required. It is important to take into account that much of this is going to be seen in the capacity of the infrastructure.
Each of the features available in the installation of the applications is really efficient. They need to update and improve the features available for Mac. It is here where we have found a deficiency in the installation, configuration, and adjustment of the services. Their services should cover more products or operating systems available in the market in the future.
One of the first parts that should be improved is the updates. They should release a single update with all the necessary characteristics to avoid being in a cycle of consecutive updates. As a rule, the tool works very well; it fulfills the functions with which it was created, and It goes a little further with security, which seems excellent to me. In the documentation area, they should make it more friendly and specific so as not to go to a support engineer for some basic things. However, rather more complex things should occur in one step.

They are also only available in English, and generally, they are not as effective as other brands at the SLA level. I would recommend trying to improve on these areas for customers to be more satisfied with the service provided. The documentation must be updated. Currently, the client is only available for the Windows Operating System but it would be good if it were released for Mac OS as well. There is no centralized management available, so this is something that I would like to see in the future.
