What needs to be configured to be able to “trigger” Jmeter scripts and to upload the results?

am using JMeter to perform testing, but would like to generate a package
to support a HP-QC implementation. I am looking for information on what
needs to be configured to be able to “trigger” the Jmeter
scripts and to upload the results?
