Jira is a great centralized tool for just about everything, from local team management to keeping track of products and work logs. It is easy to implement and navigate, and it is stable and scalable.
Microsoft Azure DevOps is a “one-stop-solution for DevOps.” Their tech support is very good, both from Microsoft and on the cloud side. The interface could be a little more user-friendly, though.
Jira integrates well with third-party tools such as Salesforce, Bitbucket, and Slack. On the other hand, I found that Azure has not yet advanced to the performance level of its major competitors and is missing integration with some important technologies.
One thing Jira is missing is the ability to allow for layered admin rights.
I would prefer if Azure had better integration with Office 365. It is also lacking security features or the ability to integrate with other security tools.
Conclusions
Jira is both more user-friendly and integrates better with third-party tools than Azure, but I prefer the flexibility and structure of Azure DevOps

This is Azure with O365, Power-Apps, SharePoint, etc. BUT no chance, no benefit without effort scaled according to business dimensions, targets, profit.
