Which product would you choose for a data science team: Databricks vs Dataiku?

I am the Lead Data Scientist at a large manufacturing company.

At the moment, I am looking at two different products: Databricks and Dataiku. 

Which product do you prefer? The parameters that are important are: cost, team collaboration, application, and data security.
