Benjamin Bodenheim is an IT industry expert with over 20 years of professional experience in hardware and software support. He has spearheaded mission-critical IT implementations for large enterprises and SMBs alike. At the turn of the millennium, he served on the Windows 2000 migration team at Credit Suisse First Boston, re-engineering applications and integrating users into the new OS environment. As a sysadmin at the New York University School of Medicine, he upgraded servers, configured email systems, trained clinical staff, and began implementing then-nascent HIPAA regulatory compliance processes for servers and workstations. Since then, Ben has established a reputation for pioneering healthcare IT interfacing to transfer cross-platform diagnostic studies between GE, Phillips and major EHR platforms. Today, Ben can be found implementing Fortune 1000 technology for Hospitals, Private Practices and SMBs which includes virtual server clustering, EHR/EMR platforms, Exchange clusters, network optimization, remote maintenance, unified communications systems, and database design. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Information Systems at Pace University and holds MCSE and CNA certifications.
