I particularly do not know about Automation Anywhere, but a great differential of UiPath is 100% free training, the community is always willing to help.
Every time we needed the support they were ready to help.

I currently use both tools.
I particularly like UiPath for ease of development and deployment, free training and great support.
Another point that tends to UiPath is the cost and management that are better.
But both tools are great.
