For 17 years, I sold BeyondTrust products (formerly Bomgar/Networkstreaming) and always fully supported them. Unfortunately, in 2025, after 17 years of good cooperation, the American manufacturer decided to terminate our partnership agreement and cease all communication. It's a shame they didn't try to prevent this by listening to the truth and seeking a constructive solution, because trust also depends on open communication about problems. We always tried to find a solution with the manufacturer, discussing and explaining the situation. Since I couldn't delete my reviews—even after contacting PeerSpot some time ago and telling them that we want this reviews have delteted —I unfortunately have no other option but to make myself known in this way and point out the aforementioned circumstances. The from me reviewed beyondtrust products are still not bad, but until these matters are resolved, I have absolutely no trust in BeyondTrust anymore. So, please continue reading my reviews, as they were very honest at the time of writing. However, please bear in mind that before purchasing or renting business-critical software, or even entering into any partnership in general, you should carefully review the manufacturer's terms and conditions and EULAs – to avoid the same fate that befell me. It's therefore extremely worthwhile to examine the contracts very carefully, because if you're planning a significant investment, you have the right to expect a balanced contract and shouldn't have to accept a one-sided one. There are, in fact, alternatives.
