I worked for Subaraya Stock Exchange (SSE) for about seven months in 1997. In this period of time, I did my first intensive practicum as part of curriculum demand and continue contracted as support staff to serve SSE clients. In parallel, I worked for Caritas Dili in about 12 years, which was focused on community development and training & education sector (1992-2003). In early 2003, I joint World Bank Group Dili for about seven and half years as an Information Analyst, Consultant and Information Specialist (2003-2010). During this period of time, I frequently presenting at conferences and meetings throughout Asia-Pacific. In the World Bank was where I initially exposed to IBM Software. I also had appointed with several international organizations such as National EMIS consultant for UNICEF and National consultant for CIDA. Most recently, I was appointed as an IT manager for the Autoridade Nacional do Petroleo (National Petroleum Authority of Timor-Leste) in the mind of 2009. In this period, my task is to build a solid IT team and implementing a 'green field' site within ANP systems and other relevant institutions. This situation has drawn my extensive experience that I gained through World Bank Group. I increased my technical expertise by gaining certifications in IBM Notes/Domino, Computer ethical Hacking (CEH), Project Management (PMBOK), Information and Business Analyst (BABOK) and has furthered his overall IT management and best practice knowledge and as a result I awarded as Master of Science of the Information Management Systems at the University of Liverpool (UK) in mid of July 2013. My vision has driven me to provide world best practice information management has resulted in first class systems for ANP built on IBM Collaboration technology.
