For the last five years I’ve been the monitoring focal point and Technical business analyst for the Airbus department of ILSG.
In eight months my team and I successfully scoped and built a daily activity, monitoring, application use dashboard and alerting tool with big screen displays, intra/extranet for stakeholders and application support managers for the most expensive and complex IT project in the Airbus group history.
What I enjoyed the most was the interaction with key stakeholders, finding out who was involved, what was needed, what they did, how my input would help ease their daily activities and resolve issues they were facing.
