Troubleshooting is my strength. I have an innate understanding of technology from the circuit board up through all 7 layers of the OSI model. My skills in some areas are dominant, masking that I really enjoy helping people.

Specialties are Load-balancing with F5 Local Traffic Manager (LTM), Security firewalls of many types esp. Cisco, Juniper, and Checkpoint.
