Having started working for IT Industry in 1991 I have occupied several positions in IT services and support before progressing to the Asia Pacific Region area. I currently managing the Asia IT Services support teams, providing infrastructure, application and client based support to the company. Leading the IT functions for the APAC region through understanding, communicating and addressing demands and trends for IT services and solutions, in alignment with the company goals and priorities. Also responsible for overall effectives of IT services delivery in the APAC region and maximizing the effective use with all Business Units to establish close and consistent communications. Key responsibilities includes overseeing all active projects in the region, being responsible for all “in region” resources and vendors/partners while offering an integral role as part of the region’s Management for IT area and being a trusted advisor that is well versed in people, process and technology.
