I am the lead Support Desk technician at Synchronet, a VMware partner. Synchronet specializes in VMware products, and I support these products. This includes everything from being able to manage 5.x version ESX/ESXi hosts from command line, administrating vCenter deployments (both VCSA and Windows based) through vSphere, experience with managing Virtual SAN deployments, as well as the many load balancing and automation features that VMware offers. I have also managed vCloud deployments.
I also provide monitoring and alerting support through N-Able's N-Central solution. This involves managing and automating the many different features available, as well as leveraging N-Central's log analysis features to script custom monitoring to allow deeper or more customized monitoring solutions to our customers than the base N-Central package offers. vSphere's alerting features are also leveraged in our customer's environments, as well as custom scripting in VMware's PowerCLI (Powershell) to gain a deep and meaningful look into our environments.
