I have a degree in Information Technology and more than 20 years of professional experience in Information Systems. I have 15 years of experience in Technical Project Management which covers medium to large projects through the whole life cycle and using both advanced and agile methodologies and based on and following defined quality management systems

I keep demonstrating good communication, organization and planning skills as well as solid business analysis and functional experience during my career development. This has been especially remarkable during my last work experience, challenging positions where I had to learn very fast and work in completely new areas (two examples are Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Process and HR BPO). In order to succeed in these positions I had to proactively get as much information as I could from the business processes to develop the initial functional requirements of the products I was responsible for.

Recently involved in:

- DWH and BI projects leading a team to create Operational Datastores for Service Centers (Microsoft SSAS and Microstrategy)
- SCRUM Methodology rollout with Atlassian JIRA 6.3.3 and JIRA Agile, Confluence, Stash and Bamboo (MAYDAY Codename project)
- Technical Lead for new Learning Administration Systems based in XLAS product.
- Screening and contracting needed freelance resources to complete LAS projects on time and quality.
