Export and import is a big pain. Debugging is much easier as compared to informatica. More developer friendly as compared to informatics

the real challenge in ODI is the migration which is a real pain and you dont know how to resolve this. I expect Oracle to be little expressive on the ability of journalizaion and CDC.

16 plus years of IT experience with exposure to various technologies and domain.Currently working as a Tech Lead and Solution Architecture in ODI 12c and as well contributing as an individual developer. I have also worked in Informatica, Hyperion DRM, Oracle ERP Technical and AB inito with strong PLSQL background. During my early career i worked in Visual Basic, ASP.Net, Crystal Report and D2k.
