PROFILE
I am a solution-orientated, loyal and driven team-player who performs well in dynamic and forward thinking environments. With over 15 years’ experience as an IT Consultant, in both the private and public sectors, I have had assignments with both operative and strategic responsibilities. Whilst mainly focused on Quality Management I also have experience of other roles such as Requirements Analysis, Solution Architecture and Technical Project Management. Having spent the previous 9 years developing the Quality Management business at Lemontree, which has grown from 10 to over 100 employees during this time, I have gained considerable Quality Management and leadership competence and experience.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
• Expertise in establishing, optimizing and simplifying processes within, and related to, Quality Management
• Experience in several areas of testing such as Strategy, Planning, Design, Reporting, Automation and Data
• Test Manager for both major project and maintenance organisations with responsibility for over 30+ test resources located in several locations
• Certified ISTQB Advanced Test Manager
• Strong emphasis on business orientated testing and continuous improvements through risk management
• Implemented a fully automated regression test solution resulting in a drastic reduction in regression test man and lead time and a large improvement in delivered quality
• Perform coaching and both internal and external training (Lemontree Competence Provider 2013)
• Key speaker at several test conferences in the Nordic region with subjects such as “From average to outstanding” and “Making information make sense”
