Strong skill set in Estimating & Cost Control in the Government and Oil / Gas sectors,coupled with advanced data analytics and industry-wide management platform implementation. Experience includes the ability to perform estimates across business units (Onshore/Offshore/Subsea), with strong knowledge in contracts and procurement. Have worked directly with internal and external fabrication yards for Offshore and Subsea EPC projects and commercial process. Proposals / Projects include full reimbursable, lump sum, unit rate and lump sum reimbursable mixtures. Evaluation of contractor and vendor change orders, preparation of order of magnitude cost estimates, preparation of contractor change orders and management of change on the project level. Strong background in the Federal Acquisition Regulation while working on multiple projects in Iraq, Kuwait, Dubai, Afghanistan and Djibouti. Full implementation and design of an executive management platform called DOMO to company specific requirements, saving our region a large amount of money.
