a combination of ease to use for users but great options for admin / expandability. If it's not easy for users, they just won't use it.

I'd say lately it's more on the core side rather than driver side. They've had some issues with multimaster / hs environments, but think they are really improving To me, all software has bugs, the key is how quickly they are resolved and how responsive the vendor is.…
