Successfully designed, deployed, and configured Huawei HCS 8.2.0 Private Cloud infrastructure for enterprise workloads. Implemented compute, storage, networking, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery solutions to support business-critical applications. Performed end-to-end deployment, configuration, testing, migration, and operational handover while ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

If I had to do it again, I would focus more on automation and standardization from the beginning of the project. Establishing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automated deployment procedures, and detailed validation testing earlier would have reduced deployment time and improved operational efficiency. I would also involve stakeholders earlier in the planning phase to ensure smoother migration and faster adoption of cloud services.
