Are you looking for something that would "optimize" access to the database in an application? Is this a web app?
At the highest level, nothing can do more for performance than a good database…
We faced this same decision a year ago, and decided on Simplivity. We regret it for one reason. The support is non-existent. We were promised many things prior to the purchase, and none of them materialized. HPE has completely let us down.
