| Author info | Rating | Review Summary |
|---|---|---|
| Managing Partner at Assistencial Consulting | 4.0 | I use 360 Safeguard primarily for its antivirus capabilities, which effectively protect against viruses and intrusions. It offers automatic updates and manages suspicious files well, though its advanced menu support is awkward and could benefit from increased automation. |
| Information Technology Consultant at Connect-Experts | 3.5 | I primarily use 360 Safeguard for firewall rules and VPN, which I find excellent for supporting remote sites. Its load balancing feature is also helpful. However, the web center needs improvement. I haven't used or considered other solutions. |
| Chief Software Engineer at a educational organization with 1-10 employees | 4.0 | I use this internet security solution on my PC, finding it stable and easy to access, with very easy and cheap setup. While I recommend it, giving it an 8/10, it could be more secure and compatible. |

I use 360 Safeguard for protection and for its antivirus functionalities, which help me check on whether there are any intrusions, viruses, or hacking-related activities.
I use 360 Safeguard almost all the time, especially for security and protection. When I get alerts about suspicious files or something coming in, they can automatically move such files and move to the quarantine area or remove them. 360 Safeguard runs a house check every now and then and does the storage clearance in terms of all temp files or the software garbage or system garbage. 360 Safeguard does automatic updates.
In 360 Safeguard, there is something called the menu or advanced menu support, a process that I find to be a little bit awkward. Sometimes, if the system crashes, you get a blue screen, and then it goes to the system dump. You go through this so-called menu in the solution for high-level support, a somewhat awkward process. In general, I want the solution to be more automated.
I have been using 360 Safeguard for over five or six years. I think I use the solution's latest version since 360 Safeguard provides automatic software upgrades. In my company, we use any Guardian software or housekeeping software, so if the software has the latest version, the aforementioned software provides us an option if we want to upgrade.
It is a very stable solution.
It is a very scalable solution.
I am the only user of the product in my company.
In my company, we use many video conferencing tools. I have seen that in video conferencing tools, the counterparts are very different. I have experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, SUMO, and Tencent Meeting.
I have some previous experience with a product called Norton.
The product's initial setup was very straightforward.
When it comes to the time taken for the deployment part of 360 Safeguard, once in the back-end, the tool normally shows a message and shows the upgrade or whatever is running the back-end that I might not have noticed.
The solution is deployed on the cloud.
I could not even notice the deployment process because I think it just somehow showed up in my system one day, and it worked with my Windows system very smoothly and seamlessly. When I install Windows Office and choose Office 365, I see 360 Safeguard installed.
I can do the deployment part of the solution in my company by myself.
I recommend the product to others planning to use it.
I rate the overall solution an eight out of ten.

I use 360 Safeguard primarily for firewall rules. Another use case for the solution is VPN.
360 Safeguard has been beneficial to my company because of its VPN and load-balancing features, plus it's not expensive. The two features and the small cost push me to use 360 Safeguard more.
What I found most valuable in 360 Safeguard is its VPN feature because it's excellent as I support remote sites, so I use a VPN.
Another helpful feature of the solution is load balancing.
The web center in 360 Safeguard could be better, so this is its area for improvement.
I've used 360 Safeguard for about seven years, in more than one business account.
360 Safeguard is a stable solution, except if you have an old version. I had an old version that wasn't stable and could not be upgraded. I had to buy another box and trash the old box. Pricing is different, and you cannot upgrade the price of the old version to the new version.
360 Safeguard is not scalable, but as my current company is small, it's okay if you look at the cost and what I need the solution for. However, for a medium-sized or big-sized company that needs a more secure solution, I wouldn't recommend 360 Safeguard.
Support for 360 Safeguard could be one hundred percent in terms of rating, but because I cannot reach the support team more often than not, I'm rating 360 Safeguard support as seventy percent.
The initial setup for 360 Safeguard is straightforward. I also have good support from TP-Link Egypt, where the engineers helped me significantly in the configurations, mainly when I was adding features I didn't know how to do as I was a new user at the time.
To implement a new 360 Safeguard, I export the old account, import all the configurations to the new account, and then start changing IDs, and the configuration's fixed.
Implementing 360 Safeguard didn't take more than two to three hours.
I implemented 360 Safeguard with the help of the engineers from TP-Link Egypt. I used to be a reseller of 360 Safeguard because I was in a company that worked in the IT consultation niche, so the vendor gave me a free consultation at the time of implementation. I didn't have to pay a fee when I consulted about the implementation.
360 Safeguard is low-priced. It only costs $300.
There's usually no update for 360 Safeguard. The developer doesn't update it a lot. I have two security solutions. One is 360 Safeguard, and the other is Kaspersky Total Security, where I have a Kaspersky server that controls the network.
I'd tell small business owners that 360 Safeguard is okay, but it cannot be suitable for a medium or large business with many users. The solution is good, but it cannot control an extensive network.
My rating for 360 Safeguard is seven out of ten. It's eighty percent suitable for small businesses, sixty percent for medium businesses, and it cannot be installed for large businesses. That still depends on your requirements, but it's unsuitable if you have a big business.
I use this solution for internet security; similar to a firewall and antivirus product. I use it on my personal computer.
I plan to continue using this solution.
I like that it's stable and easy to access.
It could be more secure and compatible with other software.
I have been using this solution for five years.
I've never had to contact technical support.
The initial setup was very easy. It took roughly three to five minutes to install it.
I installed this solution on my own.
I bought a license — it's quite cheap. It's definitely cheaper than an American product. It costs approximately $40 a year.
I would absolutely recommend this solution to others. Overall, on a scale from one to ten, I would give this solution a rating of eight.
