| Director Technology Solutions at Redintegro Consulting Solution LLP | 4.5 | I use Google Cloud for development and cost management, finding it stable and easy to set up. While generally happy with its features, I've experienced significant billing issues, including back-billing and the need for manual payments, and desire clearer usage analysis. |
| Director Technology Solutions at Redintegro Consulting Solution LLP | 3.5 | I find this product easy to use with a straightforward setup, but I experience stability issues like freezing, making its performance slower compared to Amazon. I'm using it for solar monitoring and rate it 7/10. |
| Lead Engineer - Work Modernization at Searce Inc | 4.5 | I use Google Cloud Billing primarily to pay for or renew the licenses of our Google Workspace products. However, I find that the interface could be more user-friendly. I haven't considered or used any other solutions. |

We are using the solution for development and testing purposes only. We are using it for cloud cost management.
We are using Google Cloud instances and Google Cloud Functions, which are great. Cloud Functions we started using recently. We've been using BigQuery, Pub/Sub, and Firebase. There are quite a few services that we are using.
It's helpful for cost management.
The solution is very simple to set up.
It is a stable product.
The only issue I faced was a while ago. My card was debited, or rather it was showing as debited when in actuality, it did not debit my card. After six months, they came back with back billing.
Somebody should have verified the billing and immediately informed us. So yeah, However, six months is too late to identify such fault sightings.
When I want to analyze the information, it would be better, since Google knows what I have used, to only show those items for analysis purposes. Especially when I look at a previous month's billing or usage across services. It's better to show the services which are used, not everything.
I've been using the solution for four years.
The stability is great. We haven't had any issues. I'd rate it ten out of ten. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze. It's reliable.
I'm not sure how well it scales. Right now, I'm having issues with automatic billing.
We only have one person on the solution right now.
I've dealt with technical support in the past. I've been satisfied with the level of service I've received in the past.
Positive
We are not using AWS cost management. However, we are aware of it. We only use Google Cloud Billing right now.
For us, the setup was simple. The billing situation, however, was a bit complicated. They merged two or three accounts into one billing. Sometimes it's difficult to understand which account refers to which project when working with more than one customer.
The billing process is strange. It should be automatic. However, we've had issues, and I need to remember to go in and manually pay the bill monthly.
We are a customer and end-user.
I'd rate the solution nine out of ten. We've been pretty happy with it in general.

We are using this product for monitoring the solar-powered concasting.
We collect data from various sensors and provide the application to our clients, and they give it to their customers to monitor their solar panels.
What I like most about this solution is that it's easy.
I am also using Amazon and when I compare it, it requires a bit more stability. Amazon Cloud Services are a bit more stabilizing, at least with basic computing.
Amazon by default is SSD only. When you create an instance in Google, by default it allocates to the disk and there are some performance issues. When you compare it with Amazon, the performance is a bit slow.
In the next release, I would like to see the issue with the stability resolved. I have not faced any issues with freezing or hanging when using Amazon.
I have been using Google Cloud Billing for almost ten years.
At times you will find that the computer engines are freezing or it's about to freeze without any notification or information and it's unable to diagnose where it is hung.
We have about 30 users.
We plan to increase usage.
To date, we have not interacted with technical support.
We are using Amazon simultaneously.
The initial setup is quite straightforward.
It only took 10 to 15 minutes to deploy.
We only need one person on occasion for maintenance.
The licensing fees are monthly and cost approximately $100.00.
We did not evaluate other options, our customer insisted on moving towards Google.
I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.

I have been working with Google Cloud Billing for more than five years.
Google’s customer support is very good.
Google Cloud Billing is a cloud-based solution.
Only administrators, directors, and the finance or marketing departments can access Google Cloud Billing.
Overall, I rate Google Cloud Billing a nine out of ten.
