I think the product's most valuable feature is the ability to tweak existing policies to match governance policies.
What needs improvement?
Product integration could be improved. The solution is also a bit pricey for the Nigeria region. I think the service would be improved by offering a more favourable licensing plan, especially for SMEs with smaller budgets.
For how long have I used the solution?
We've been using the solution for four years.
How are customer service and support?
The IBM support system is region-based. It's different for the AMEA region, and that might be okay. I'm talking generally. But my organization has developed the capacity to do those things internally. So we don't rely entirely on service and support.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is okay. It's not an issue unless you are not at all technical, but I don't think it's a challenge.

I would rate the price eight out of 10, with 10 as the best value for money.
The price is not a straight fee for everyone. My company has a very good price advantage because we are partners with the OEM.

I would give the product an overall rating of seven and a half out of 10, with 10 being the best.
