Positive
Because we will not be able to make monthly commitments with Kaspersky Total Security, it was the solution we implemented for our customers.
We are using only small office installations of Kaspersky Total Security for our customers.
The main advantage of Kaspersky Total Security is endpoint protection where all external devices are controlled, preventing any misuse of files. Since it operates continuously, all end-user downloads are monitored by Kaspersky Total Security, and it blocks any vulnerabilities. For email protection, we have implemented Defender for Microsoft Office 365, which handles any mail-based injections.
If data security becomes available for Kaspersky Total Security, it would be a significant advantage. Additionally, having system performance tweaking capabilities would be very beneficial.
I can consider and suggest improvements for Kaspersky Total Security, particularly in performance tweaking and other areas.
We have been using Kaspersky Total Security for three to four years, implementing it during the COVID period.
It is easy to implement Kaspersky Total Security because there are readily available references on YouTube. We refer to these resources in case of any issues.
We have not experienced any issues with Kaspersky Total Security as we manage their entire IT infrastructure.
After experiencing a DDoS attack around 2019, we implemented all endpoint security measures and acquired Defender for Office 365. Since then, we have not encountered any issues.
We have maintained stable operation with Kaspersky Total Security throughout our usage.
The implementation of Kaspersky Total Security took two to three days, after which their system administrator took over management of other systems.
I assisted them with implementing the product.
They may use the parental controls feature of Kaspersky Total Security, as we configured it initially, though I am not certain about the current configuration setup.
The file shredder feature is particularly useful when replacing hard disks. Instead of simple formatting, I advise system administrators to use the file shredder to prevent any possibility of file recovery. However, I am not aware of the data recovery tool that might be available.
I rate Kaspersky Total Security 8.5 out of 10.
Kaspersky Total Security is used for endpoint protection and malware detection, providing security for devices within an organization.
Kaspersky Total Security effectively scans hard disks and files, detecting viruses, particularly those introduced through flash drives. The solution offers endpoint protection by scanning and alerting to viruses in the organization without physical inspection, increasing efficiency by stopping unwanted applications running in the background. It has advanced features for detecting malware and ensuring customer safety.
The system can be demanding on resources, making devices busy when running the client application. It would be beneficial if the resource usage could be reduced to lessen the burden on devices.
I have been using Kaspersky Total Security for the last two years.
I would rate the stability of Kaspersky Total Security as a nine out of ten.
The system is ready for scalability, and I rate it as a ten out of ten.
Kaspersky technical support is effective. I rate them an eight out of ten for their support in deploying Total Security.
Positive
The initial setup of Kaspersky Total Security was straightforward, typically taking less than four hours.
The implementation involved a team of ten people, including me, to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance.
Kaspersky Total Security provides a good return on investment by improving data security and reducing costs by sixty percent with its robust security features.
The pricing for Kaspersky Total Security is quite affordable, rated at eight out of ten, and all necessary licensing fees are included.
Overall, I rate Kaspersky Total Security as a nine out of ten. It is a reliable solution with effective endpoint protection, and I highly recommend it to others.

The last product I used from Kaspersky was Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business Select since it could be managed centrally in my organization, making it a product that is easy to deploy, especially in corporate environments where there is a need to use managed application services. I use Kaspersky Total Security as an antivirus tool, and it helps block USB storage devices. My company also uses Kaspersky's anti-spam features for Microsoft Exchange Server.
The most valuable features of the solution stem from the fact that it can be centrally managed, allowing users to know what is happening and what can be expected in the systems. A user need not move from one PC to another to make all the necessary configurations since it can be done through the nodes. The agents do the updates and schedule the scans. If a scan is missed, the product will run it again for you and give you the needed reports. The product can give you a graphical interface of what is happening on your network about the various kinds of virus attacks or trojans you have on your network.
What needs to be improved is what my company sends to Kaspersky's team when we are working with it, and then they work on it, which is why we always have updates to take care of the bugs and all those things. You can't have one thing in the solution that needs to be improved. The solution is affordable. For the solution itself, while you are working with it, you come across stuff, that Kaspersky's network helps you deal with since you can send your stuff to Kaspersky's team, and they have access to certain reports, and based on the reports and what what are we doing, the solution is always worked on, so that it can be made the best and efficient application. On a daily basis, the tool is being improved, and I am okay with it.
Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business Select is automated. The cloud application for Kaspersky is automated. For the solution needed for individual systems, Kaspersky provides you with a platform that provides internet security. With Kaspersky, you have a platform that allows you to access www.kaspersky.com and see the systems that you have worked on in the past. If you need to do anything with your individual machines indirectly, you can manage it through a centralized system.
The solution's automation capabilities is an area where certain improvements are required.
I have been using Kaspersky Total Security for eight years.
Apart from Kaspersky, I don't have anything else in mind. Stability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.
My company deals with around 60 to 70 customers.
The solution's technical support is good. I haven't had any opportunities to contact technical support since I am comfortable with it. The issues faced by a user are addressed properly once a support request is raised with Kaspersky's technical support team.
Currently, I use McAfee in my company.
The product's initial setup phase is very simple.
If your network is good and you don't have any bottlenecks in your network, then installing the solution takes a maximum of thirty-five minutes. The deployment of the Agents of everything is up and running, considering that your network is good, and it won't take more than ten minutes to be deployed on 200 computers.
During the product's deployment phase, with the help of a console, you create a network pool and create groups. Suppose you create group A and pull all the workstations you want, and then create group B to pull in all the servers you want. If you want to install the agents, you select groups A and B and then install the agents. If you want to install the workstations, you have a package for them. If you want to install the servers, you have a package for the servers. If I install it on a Mac, you have a package for the Mac, allowing you to do things separately with each group you create.
The solution can be deployed on the cloud. I prefer the solution to be deployed on an on-premises model because of internet connectivity issues. If your internet connection is very good, you may deploy the product on the cloud. Presently, I have the solution deployed on the cloud and on an on-premises model.
Only one person is required to deploy the solution. You don't need a staff to deploy it. If it is successfully deployed, then it gives the proper report. The deployment should be done in a maximum time frame of 25 to 30 minutes.
As I am a consultant for Kaspersky myself, I take care of the product's installation phase in my company.
There is a need to renew the license on an annual basis.
I have never faced any ransomware attacks with Kaspersky Total Security. I have faced some ransomware attacks with McAfee.
I recommend others who plan to choose the solution to use it.
I rate the overall solution an eight out of ten.

We're using the solution for net protection.
The most effective feature is its scanning. When they scan the viruses, they come back with the records quite fast. They make sure that they rectify.
Kaspersky has to improve its response when there is an incident. They need to respond faster.
They are quite stable. I rate the solution’s stability a nine out of ten.
It is scalable, although the pricing starts to be steep if you want to scale it up. However, it is scalable since it's easy to use.
The initial setup is straightforward. If you're installing it, it's a simple process. I don't see any hassle. Even someone who is not a technical person can do that. The instructions are simple because I haven't complained about this setup.
Kaspersky is good in terms of price. There's no complaint about it. It is quite competitive.
There are also compliance issues that different companies need to adhere to. They meet the objectives of privacy, data protection, and information protection.
It is quite simple to use since the installation process is easy, too. Sometimes, they will use their back-end information to make sure that they are self-correcting because, at times, you will misconfigure as a person. They will also assist in ensuring that they fill up the gap in terms of your technical ability to understand what you need to protect, especially in device protection, because we will have instances where you will be there to bring your device policies. They will try to enter into a network. They will notify you that there is another device and what the policies will take to kick in from there, and then you go into a data dashboard. It's either you accept that device or you kick out that device. It's up to you, but they will notify you.
In terms of speed, they have the background job they need. Sometimes, the device tends to slow down and sometimes does not perform. It's not something that keeps on bugging you or giving you irritation because you also need to understand that you work with criminals, so they work 24 hours a day.
I recommend the solution and advise them to ensure that they buy the product that would work for them because the cases are not the same. Like, what do you want to protect? In terms of network, if you want to protect your router, you want to protect your app device, data protection, and your information. It's one of the best service providers that you can utilize. They also have variable prices. If you look at the value more than the price, then Kaspersky can be used.
Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

I have used Kaspersky Total Security for three of my company's projects.
The most valuable feature of the solution is its ability to fix vulnerabilities. If there are any weaknesses, then with the help of Kaspersky Total Security, we can solve all problems and secure your environment.
Anti-malware and anti-phishing policies in the solution are areas with certain shortcomings where improvements are required. Kaspersky Total Security should be able to deal with Malware threats that include attachments or links since most of the customers who use the product don't have a lot of experience, and as end users, they may not check the link before they open it.
I have been using Kaspersky Total Security for a year.
It is a stable solution. Kaspersky Total Security doesn't have a good set of researchers, especially those who look after the update and security part of the product.
It is a scalable solution.
I can say that in our country, there are a lot of users of Kaspersky.
I have experience deploying Microsoft Defender and Office 365. With Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, the investigation capabilities are very useful since they allow us in our company to investigate any problem that we may face from malware or ransomware for any users with the help of investigation and advanced hunting while also helping us analyze or detect any problem our customers face.
The initial setup of Kaspersky Total Security is straightforward. You just need to deploy the product on your on-premises server before integrating it with any other product.
It may take up to a month to deploy Kaspersky Total Security on your servers and check if it works for all your end-users and devices.
Kaspersky Total Security is deployed on an on-premises model.
I have used Kaspersky Total Security for a long time, so I just need to deploy the solution on one of the servers, after which I use Active Directory to check the devices and scan the network.
Kaspersky Total Security is an expensive solution. The licensing costs attached to Kaspersky Total Security cannot be considered cheap.
In my opinion, Kaspersky provides good EDR and XDR solutions.
If I compare Kaspersky with Microsoft Defender, I would rate Kaspersky Total Security a five or six out of ten.

The solution optimizes numerous processes, reducing paper usage and gives quicker validation times. I'm specifically addressing our sourcing department to optimize the time involved in sourcing processes concerning internal demands and our supply chain.
The solution is efficient.
The authorization process could be faster.
I have been using the solution from 2009.
I rate the stability of the solution as an eight out of ten.
I rate the scalability of the solution as a perfect 10.
The initial set up is straightforward. However, it's time consuming. We have three technical people and one head of department.
I would recommend the solution to others.

Kaspersky is reliable because it checks everything before I want to log in. If I want to log in to some website, it prevents me sometimes and tells me it's not sure about the security of that site. Or it's not sure about something I'm downloading, so it takes action before I have to. It supports my future steps.
Renewing the license is a bad experience. When you get the license number, there isn't a clear section in the program's interface that leads you to renew your license. You have to look and search a lot about it. I tried renewing the license on one of my laptops, and unfortunately, I failed to do so, and the license expired.
I've used the solution for two years.
Kaspersky has millions of users. You have various products for the same solution, where you can install it for yourself or your company, for as many systems as you want. There are about seven users in my company using Kaspersky.
The initial setup is easy. The installation takes about two minutes. I put the Kaspersky CD into a CD drive connected to my laptop and installed the program.
I implemented the solution by myself.
I have seen a 250% ROI with the annual subscription.
We have a yearly license, and it's not expensive.
If you want to use Kaspersky, just use it. It's great. I rate Kaspersky an eight out of ten.

We use the solution for the endpoint, which is centrally managed. Our IP administrator manages it. It used to be installed individually on user systems.
The protection has been top-notch, according to our use case and ISP.
The solution has a simple user interface, allowing users to navigate various features and functionalities easily. This facilitates tasks such as scanning the system for threats and external devices.
The solution could provide alerts from central firewall and security devices.
I have been using Kaspersky Total Security for a couple of years.
I've not had any issues with Kaspersky Total Security, but It needs to be competitive.
I rate the solution's stability a nine out of ten.
The solution is scalable depending on our use case. We initially acquired licenses for approximately 200 users. We still possess the licenses and may reinstall the software if needed.
We receive alerts from the central firewall and security device in Meraki. We have dashboards to view these alerts. If there are any security risks, Meraki captures them. Then, our security team, which has visibility into these alerts, informs us, and we take necessary precautions and measures to prevent any attacks or threats on our devices.
Kaspersky Total Security is installed locally. Once installed, the software operates within the primary environment. When the user comes online, the central administration takes over the software administration. The central administration manages the endpoint security software as long as there is an internet connection.
The privacy protection is fine. It is doing the work.
It is easy to use. You set up the files, install the necessary data, and then, after installation, the software connects to the Total Security central database. An IT administrator needs to install it, and then it automatically updates itself. The user doesn't have to open the interface to initiate updates. It updates itself automatically. It functions perfectly as long as the user is connected to the Internet.
Kaspersky Total Security offers a range of simple tools to set up, though it can become more complex regarding ongoing management.
Kaspersky Total Security is easy to use and stable. I recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable security solution.
Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

We use Kaspersky Total Security as an antivirus solution in our company laptops.
Kaspersky Total Security is a stable solution, and I haven't faced any issues. I am satisfied with the solution's security features because we have been using it for years. Kaspersky Total Security is an easy-to-use solution.
The stability of the solution could be improved because we had some issues with the solution on non-Windows laptops.
I have been using Kaspersky Total Security for three years.
I rate the solution an eight or nine out of ten for stability.
Around 15 users use the solution in our organization.
Kaspersky Total Security helped us pass all our security audits.
Kaspersky Total Security is not an expensive solution.
I would recommend the solution to other users. I have faced no issues with the solution’s performance.
Overall, I rate Kaspersky Total Security an eight out of ten.
