Lucidworks is stable. We had one or two strange issues, but other than that everything works well.

The Lucidworks technical support service level depends on who will be assigned to the ticket created. Many of the support agents are knowledgeable and fast to respond to the tickets.

We are using some IBM solutions alongside Lucidworks.

The installation is very easy.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The price of the solution is a little high and the downside is there is not a perpetual license available. I have to renew it annually. The price of Lucidworks can be difficult for some of my clients to afford.

I would recommend Lucidworks to anyone looking for an enterprise and search solution.
