Mindtickle has helped ASAP tickets, Vagamo, and Dreamport in general by making learning easier for their agents. Dreamport recruits agents from Africa and the Philippines. When they recruit these agents, the first step is a test to assess English knowledge. Once that is completed, agents move on to Mindtickle. This approach prevents ASAP from experiencing stress during the training process. Mindtickle has helped train thousands and tens of thousands of agents because recruitment is ongoing every day. Mindtickle has been the go-to system used to train these agents. Once agents complete the Mindtickle stage, they are introduced to the world of the airline industry. They learn all the basics and understand what they will be doing. On Mindtickle, agents can view demo accounts of the client management system where they can practice and see what experienced agents have done. Mindtickle trains agents, and this has greatly helped the company. The Mindtickle training spans approximately eight to fourteen days and has made learning easier for agents. The structure is similar to being enrolled in school where reading and taking exams are required. If an agent fails, they do not proceed to the next phase of recruitment. This approach helps the company filter out unserious people because there is a time limit on Mindtickle. If agents cannot keep up because the courses can be demanding, they must invest their time to complete the training. Mindtickle has helped the company filter out unserious agents. The serious agents who invest their time move on to the next stage of recruitment. This has been a great development for the company. New agents learn through Mindtickle before proceeding to the next phase of recruitment, where they are assigned a supervisor to help them practice what they have learned in the real world.

Mindtickle is the tool Dreamport uses for all its companies, including ASAP tickets, Ojo, and Vagamo. Mindtickle is used to train new agents across these companies. They recruit thousands of agents daily, and with Mindtickle, they can filter out unserious people who cannot commit time to complete the courses. Those unserious agents have been filtered out. Agents who pass the Mindtickle stage move on to the next stage of their onboarding process. When they meet employers at Dreamport, they will come with knowledge gathered from using Mindtickle. This has simplified the recruitment process for Dreamport and helped filter out unserious agents. For example, if Dreamport recruits a thousand agents in a day, Mindtickle might disqualify eight hundred, leaving two hundred who are assigned supervisors and continue with onboarding. This has been excellent for employee retention because training is an ongoing process at Dreamport. I initially worked only in ASAP tickets. When Dreamport launched Vagamo, high-performing agents were assigned Mindtickle courses on how to handle clients there. I completed that and then started working under both Vagamo and Dreamport. Learning is continuous, with every month bringing new courses that help expand knowledge. Sometimes the same course is refreshed and offered again. The airline industry is ever-evolving, and continuous knowledge updates are necessary. This new information enables us to handle clients well and surpass targets, which contributes to the company retaining employees.

The best features Mindtickle offers include the way it unlocks courses. You must complete one course before the next course is unlocked, and that is a really good feature. You cannot jump ahead and must understand one course before taking the next. When you are done with a course, it unlocks your assessment part. Another great feature is how it scores you in percentage while you are watching the video. You cannot skip through the video until the end and then receive 100%. While watching, you must pay attention, and your percentage increases incrementally: 1%, 10%, 15%, 50%, 70%, 75%, and finally 100%, at which point the course is fully completed. I also appreciate how it structures everything. When you have multiple courses, you can see your progress displayed as 50% done, 20% done, or 65% done. These features stood out to me.

I do not see anything that needs improvement because all the features are great. However, I noticed during continuous assessments that for Dreamport, which employs agents from various regions, including Africa, electricity and internet access are problematic. While training new agents with Mindtickle, I observed that when agents are taking a course and their internet connection drops, the course gets submitted automatically if they do not reconnect quickly. Agents only have three attempts for assessments. This can frustrate agents from countries in Africa, such as Nigeria. If Mindtickle could save progress even when internet connection drops and allow agents to retake the assessment when the connection reconnects, that would be helpful. That is the only thing I think could be worked on.

I have been using Mindtickle for approximately twenty-two months.

Mindtickle is very stable in my experience. My company has been using it for a couple of years, and there have not been issues or complaints from agents that use it. The complaints usually come from unserious agents who say they did not have enough time to finish, but if someone is serious about this process, then the time should be sufficient.

Mindtickle's scalability is effective because all agents recruited by Dreamport for any of its companies, including ASAP, Ojo, and Vagamo, go through Mindtickle. It filters out all the unserious agents, and the remaining agents move on to the next phase of the onboarding process. Mindtickle handles the users and data well.

In my office, I have not contacted Mindtickle's customer support because there has not been any need to do so.

I would definitely recommend going ahead with Mindtickle because it will cut down on costs, save time, and help reduce the number of employees needed to train new hires. That said, one thing I do feel could be better is the ease of customization on the go. Sometimes during placement season, requirements change quickly. Perhaps a company has a different expectation or timelines shift. At that moment, making quick edits or restructuring the learning paths is not always as smooth as I would prefer. A bit more flexibility there would really enhance the experience. It would also be great if there were more intuitive or student-friendly dashboards. While the back-end analytics are strong, a simpler view for students to clearly understand where they stand and what exactly they need to improve could make it even more impactful. Overall, these are more refinements, because in terms of core features, Mindtickle is already doing a solid job.

Mindtickle is doing an amazing job. While my overall experience with Mindtickle has been positive, there are definitely a few areas where I feel it can improve further. During the placement season, things can change very quickly with new companies, new requirements, different role expectations, and tighter timelines. In those situations, I sometimes feel that modifying an existing learning path or restructuring modules could be more intuitive and faster. Another aspect is the student-side experience. While the back-end analytics and admin control are quite strong, the learner interface could be made more engaging and simpler. If students had a clearer, more visual view of where they stand and what exactly they need to improve, it would drive even better participation. I also feel there is room for improvement in real-time feedback and interaction. Currently, most feedback is structured around assessments, but adding more instant or interactive feedback elements, especially during practice scenarios, would make the learning experience more dynamic. Lastly, the integration with other tools we commonly use in training and placements, such as communication or scheduling platforms, could be smoother. It would help in creating a more connected ecosystem rather than switching between multiple tools. That said, these are more enhancements rather than major gaps. Mindtickle's core functionality is strong, and it is just about making the experience more agile and user-friendly, especially in a fast-paced environment such as placements.

Overall, from a practical, user-level perspective, Mindtickle is a dependable platform that you can rely on for continuous training without worrying about interruptions.

I rate Mindtickle an eight out of ten. The reason I am not giving it a full ten is mainly due to the areas we discussed, such as quicker customization or smoother navigation, and a more intuitive student-side experience. Otherwise, in terms of core functionality and impact, it does a very solid job. I rated it eight mainly because while it delivers really well on core functionality, there are a few practical gaps I have experienced in day-to-day usage. For me, the biggest reason is agility. In a placement environment, things move very fast, and last-minute changes in company requirements are common.

Mindtickle is primarily used for the onboarding process and to provide new hires with access to multiple marketing documents, use cases, call scripts, and sales use cases. In our onboarding process, we record all in-person training sessions and create assessments and courses on Mindtickle. Later, if someone wants a refresher of those sessions, they can log in to their Mindtickle portal, access those recordings, check all the details, and complete the assessment. This approach creates a refresher session for everyone. Additionally, employees can access technical courses and technical presentations through Mindtickle.

We also have customer use cases on Mindtickle that are used by the marketing team. They create all their content, including recent customer interactions and podcasts with customers, and upload it to Mindtickle so that anyone who wants clarity or wants to watch those videos or access that content can log in and view it. This is an organization-wide usage that can be leveraged.

Mindtickle offers several best features, including access to content and the entire repository, visibility into which content has been used most frequently. Based on the content usage data, we can identify what next steps we can take for our employees and create the entire onboarding journey accordingly.

I rely on the onboarding journey the most because it stands out for our sales business unit, where salespeople do not have much time to implement a traditional 30, 60, 90-day onboarding plan. The micro-learning and capsule learning features uploaded on Mindtickle allow them to use it as a reference guide and learn at their own pace.

Since I started using Mindtickle, I have noticed a positive impact on my organization, with the new hire ramp-up time being reduced by 30%. Earlier, new hires used to take considerable time understanding the tools, processes, and procedures. Now, with all the documents in place on Mindtickle, they can refer to them anytime. Based on those documents and the training materials created on the portal, it helps them get into the process more easily. Previously, without Mindtickle, it used to take almost 45 to 50 days to get new hires accustomed to the process. Now it takes hardly 20 days, which is 50 percent of what it was taking earlier.

Mindtickle can be improved by implementing some changes in the UI/UX. The look and feel of the entire platform could be enhanced. There could be some additional features that can be implemented. This improvement would focus more on personalization based on what the organization is using.

I would advise others looking into using Mindtickle to not just upload everything and not to use it as a repository but to use it as an entire onboarding partner, as it is going to help significantly in terms of reducing ramp-up time. It is very beneficial not only for new hires but also for refresher sessions, where you can create everything including the scorecard and the assessments. Mindtickle can be used as a proper LMS if you know how to use it. I would rate this product an 8 out of 10.

The certification program can be customized as per the requirement in whatever way we would want, and all the notifications which we can push directly to the users to make them realize if they are on track or not represent excellent features. The leaderboard of all the users who are taking the training program is also an excellent feature of Mindtickle.

The AI features really help me design the program in a very fast way; earlier it used to take dedicated hours, but with the AI features, we can design the complete training program pretty fast. It also helps support the users to ask any questions and answer any queries they may have regarding the platform or regarding the training. The leaderboard really brings in a competitive nature within the users to be on the top of the leaderboard.

Uploading of documents could be improved. Bulk uploading of all the documents at once is what we would really appreciate. More features on the analytics side would also help.

It is deployed in a centralized cloud environment that employees can securely access across teams and locations. I speak mainly from the user experience perspective rather than the technical deployment architecture.

For hosting Mindtickle in my organization, Google is the cloud provider. Google appears to be the standard cloud host deployment accessible through the web across teams and locations. Microsoft is the platform we use for Teams, apart from Google for other projects.

It is especially useful for teams that need a consistent way to manage learning content and track progress. I recommend spending time organizing the learning path and content structure properly from the beginning, as it makes the platform much more efficient for end users.
