Our primary use case of this product is for the management related dashboard. We use the predictive analysis for financial growth predictions of the company, and marketing analysis to calculate the historical data for current and future predictions of business trends. We are partners with Oracle and I'm the company's head of technology.

What is most valuable?
The solution is particularly useful in terms of future business planning. It also helps with current data on business growth. As a cloud solution, this is one of the best. It has the IT Analytics and integrates well with big data analytics in ADW and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse. There are some fantastic features. The solution also has the OBIEE component. I think it's a game changer.
What needs improvement?
I'd like to see more graphical dashboards and EVP access with other application solutions to build the reporting dashboards. Other additional features they could consider would be the more futuristic tools added to get output of the business stakeholders.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The solution is definitely stable and scalable.
How are customer service and technical support?
I haven't had any issues with technical support.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is very easy, there are only two or three steps involved.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The licensing costs are average for this kind of product.
What other advice do I have?
This is a good solution and easy to run, even for novice users and I rate this solution an eight out of 10.
