Performance is sometimes affected when loading millions of data records. The PC or VMware sometimes takes too long so the solution should work on improving or optimizing data.

Other team members work with support levels 1, 2, and 3 with no issues.

The setup is fine and not very complex.
Maintenance is minimal because we pilot tested the solution with a few employees before rolling it out.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The pricing is a bit high.

Every solution has its pros and cons. We pilot test three to five solutions parallelly before deciding on the best option for each use case. Decisions are based on project needs and cost.
Oracle is good but the license fees are expensive.
Microsoft is easy to use and inexpensive.
The solution falls in the middle range and is not too expensive.
What other advice do I have?
Every business has different needs and wants. I recommending trying at least three options to compare and contrast. The best solution is the one that matches your needs.
