Sales Creatio Reviews

I use Arch Linux and Fedora Linux in my workstations, and I work with some products like Gentoo for embedded and Fedora for desktop. My preference is Arch, but Arch is for me, not for enterprise.

Apart from Linux products, I work with many open-source SQL solutions such as PostgreSQL and CRM software such as Odoo and Creatio for my customers.

I speak about Service Creatio, which is a SaaS.

Creatio is a BPMN platform with two standard propositions: marketing and sales, and three service propositions over the platform. The Creatio platform is a BPMN engine with no-code instruments for no-code development, but if needed, I can use C# for deep customization.

I use Marketing Creatio and Sales Creatio the most, and right now I work with my partners on customization for manufacturing and production, and I think we will release it in three to four months.

Creatio is usually used for starting with CRMs or some marketing automation, but after two or three months, clients wish for some improvements and usually start migrating all functionality from 1C to Creatio.

The advanced analytics in Creatio helps with the decision-making process since I work as a business analyst, a system analyst, and a project manager on projects for this product.

The drag-and-drop campaign designer in Creatio may be advanced, and the platform has a very advanced no-code editor, where business analysts can work as no-code developers. If I need deep customization, I can use C# code to create modules and connect to Creatio for much more customization.

Creatio has a marketplace with third-party and its own applications, but many integrations must be custom solutions because the current market focus of Creatio is the United States. Some Ukrainian companies have much more needs, but Creatio does not support it right now; it is a responsibility of the partner community.

The performance management tools in Creatio help track performance metrics in the team, and they may function as standard solutions in task activities in Creatio. If I need some advanced analytics, I must make integrations with Microsoft BI or another BI.

The biggest benefit of using Creatio for my company is the very fast start, but it is a solution aimed at middle and big companies since the minimal price for a license is $10,000 plus some costs for integration. It is not a budget solution for many companies, but it is very powerful and a very fast tracking solution.

It is a SaaS solution, and all negatives apply to all SaaS products. It is a problem for clients because if I want to organize a big project, I have some problems with the Creatio environment for testing and development, leading to expensive DevOps operations to synchronize many environments. It is not very well, but I do not know how it can improve.

I have used it for under six months; perhaps four months or three months.

I have faced some downtime with Creatio, but it is not critical. I do not recommend it for telecom operations or production operations, but for office operations, it is not critical; perhaps it is around ten minutes or maybe five minutes per month. It is not critical.

Scaling Creatio can be very expensive if I use standard solutions from Creatio, but they accept in-house solutions, and if I want to make accessibility much more, I can create my own data center and own clusters with the non-functional requirements that I need.

The technical support for Creatio could be better and must be better. The company is oriented in its support policy as Microsoft is, but I think Creatio is not as big or mature as Microsoft, and the support is not very good for me. I understand that support must be better for a company like Creatio.

I would rate the support from zero to ten points as five out of ten.

The initial setup for Creatio is not complicated because they have a big department called Creatio Academy, which provides many materials, including videos and PDF files with step-by-step instructions. It is very well done and not very complicated.

I work with some Ukrainian integrators and partners of Creatio and support this integration as a client.

I do not track any metrics regarding ROI with Creatio such as time saving or money saving, as I am not ready right now.

I purchased Creatio only through a direct project, as the marketplace is complicated for customers and primarily benefits partners who find solutions there and decide whether to use it or create in-house solutions.

I am not ready to answer how Creatio compares with similar tools on the market right now.

If I summarize everything, I think it is a strong seven, so I rate Creatio as seven out of ten. I would recommend Creatio to other clients. My overall rating for this review is seven out of ten.

I have worked with Sales Creatio. I personally have been working with it for about two years since September 2021. I moved on to something else after that period. I worked with Sales Creatio before they implemented their new design. I am not certain whether it was just Sales Creatio or the three combined versions. What I worked on was a very basic version of Sales Creatio without many of the modules they were offering. We implemented it for telecommunications companies, financial institutions, and banks.

When comparing to other tools such as Salesforce, which I find complicated to work with personally, Sales Creatio's modules are easier to use with drag and drop functionality and configuration options. Though it's designed as a drag and drop, one-box-fits-all tool, we encountered some issues with customer-specific customizations and getting support for those modifications.

The integration aspect was better and easy to implement. We had to integrate multiple systems for one client, and the process was straightforward. We faced some issues, but we couldn't determine whether they originated from Sales Creatio or the client's application end. Overall, we didn't have to struggle with the integration process.

There was an issue with loading time when handling large amounts of data. For fast-moving products or clients who receive numerous records throughout the day, the handling was slower. We had a client who needed quick order processing and invoice generation, and we experienced delays in terms of performance which left the client dissatisfied.

The mobile application gave us many issues as it appeared poorly developed. The client was not satisfied with the mobile application and raised concerns about it.

Regarding pricing, there were discussions with some clients about the cost being too high for small-scale customers. This was the situation two years ago, though I'm not certain about current pricing structures.

I worked with Sales Creatio for about two years, starting from September 2021, after which I moved to a different role.

Many clients requested on-premises deployment due to sensitive information requirements. However, there were also cloud deployments available.

Most of the time it operates quite well, but occasionally it can be slow and take additional time to process.

In terms of scalability, clients were satisfied with this aspect. For the implementations I was involved with, there was no need to scale up or down as they purchased what they needed to try out. I assume the scalability is good.

The support is generally quite good, though response times can be slow. When raising support tickets with all possible information extracted, sometimes the reply would ask for information already provided in the previous email. We have had some issues where I needed to contact the customer support manager, but they ensured the issues were resolved.

I am not certain about previous solutions as I have completely moved away from the Sales Creatio portion of the company and am now in a different sector.

We were an implementation partner. Currently, we are not very focused on that area. We maintain the system for a few existing customers.

We are using Sales Creatio. We were considering different RPA systems since Sales Creatio is not one of those. We were researching Automation Anywhere and UiPath, but the company has now taken another direction.

I was looking into Automation Anywhere and UiPath related solutions about one and a half years ago because my company was considering becoming an implementation partner. However, the direction has changed since then.

I would suggest that the integration of AI components is a significant advantage. When they first introduced AI components, we researched it to explain to clients how we could use this component to create certain workflows. I assume this has improved since its introduction. This is the biggest advantage as customers can experiment with creating workflows and implementing desired modules. It's quite simple - you input a prompt and receive what you want.

On a scale of 1-10, I would rate Sales Creatio an 8.

The main use case for Sales Creatio is primarily sales.

The primary use case for Sales Creatio is in manufacturing and distribution.

Some of the best features of Sales Creatio are end-user ease of use, user interface, and speed of data entry. The abundance of features at a very low cost is also notable.

Sales Creatio has helped streamline sales processes with lead management and opportunity management that are spot on, and it helps with guided selling.

The only improvement needed in Sales Creatio is probably more straightforward email integration with Outlook.

Whether it's an Android phone or an Apple phone, it's best to use an iPad, but their mobile still needs more work, which they are supposed to address with an updated version within the next three to four months.

I have been dealing with Sales Creatio for two years.

I was part of the initial setup and deployment of Sales Creatio.

I would evaluate the customer service and technical support of Sales Creatio as an eight on a scale of one to ten; they've been very responsive, although there have been instances where they did not have an easy and understandable resolution to some concerns.

They were eventually able to overcome those challenges.

It just took longer than anticipated because they had been responsive in other areas.

It was pretty straightforward to set up Sales Creatio initially. There are some nuances and nomenclature that you had to get used to, but there is initial online training that is best to go through before starting to delve deep into the product.

They have had a significant impact on my business through reduced time to business value.

My experience with the pricing and licensing or setup costs for Sales Creatio was very favorable.

On a scale of one to ten for pricing, Sales Creatio is approximately a two or three, since they provide many features at a very low price; considerably more than enterprise editions of other market leaders.

I am comparing Sales Creatio to other platforms that I had experience using before, where they were paying a very high price for the functionality that Sales Creatio gives out of the box for a very low price.

The main differences between Sales Creatio and something like Salesforce are that with Sales Creatio, you get sales, marketing, and service, and the cost is much lower while the functionality is much more integrated than you get with the other market leaders.

I utilize the opportunity management feature in Sales Creatio.

I assess the role of Sales Creatio's mobile capabilities for helping my sales team's flexibility as it's best to use an iPad versus a phone at this point.

I am a customer and partner of Sales Creatio and use it internally.

Overall, on a scale of one to ten, I would rate Sales Creatio a nine.

Our use cases are in the manufacturing and distribution sectors with Creatio, medium to large enterprise deployments.

The initial selection of Creatio is due to the time it takes to get up and running and the fact that people are productive using the application. Once a sales team, marketing team, or even a service team starts using the product, they'll find a consistent user interface between each of those modules. There's also the ability to automate workflows between them. 

For example, a qualified lead can be automatically passed from marketing to a sales team, and you could specify the sales team by certain parameters. Creatio allows you to use any of the more prominent sales processes in the marketplace. 

You can simply copy that into Creatio, and then that will be the designated sales process. Once you get those processes down, then it will, in fact, lead you to guided selling and AI insights on what the next best steps are in pursuing that sales opportunity. So, that's time to value right there – from the time of implementation all the way to the time of getting through the sales process.

The reporting and analytics tools are pretty good within Sales Creatio. Each step of the customer journey is recorded by certain metrics and KPIs. If you want to do a lot deeper dive with Excel pivot tables or third-party analytics tools like Qlik or Tableau, that's an option. But what I'm finding is that for companies just getting started with the platform, the out-of-the-box analytics may be sufficient. That might change after you see more significant results from using the platform. 

The analytics are good – you can create your own analytics dashboards or use the ones that come pre-built. I typically use the pre-built dashboards, and they cover everything I need as I'm managing the customer journey – whether I'm in the sales, marketing, or service module. That works well for me now, but managers who want pivot tables and things like that can export those dashboards to Excel and analyze the data there. 

The most valuable features are the platform's agility and how quickly it can be modified to meet the workflows of any organization. That translates to a faster time to market and time to value. 

Creatio doesn't take as long to implement as other CRMs out there, and you don't need as heavy a consulting staff for that implementation and those modifications. So, time to value is one of the big pluses for the platform.

The biggest area of improvement for me is the mobile app. Creatio has moved towards this composable architecture and user interface, and it looks good and works well on a laptop or tablet. But the mobile app could be improved.

Only half of the mobile app uses the new architecture, and I believe their roadmap is to fully update it so there's a consistent user interface throughout the mobile app. Some of it uses the older Creatio technology, some of it's newer, and I think they're aiming to have it fully updated sometime in the second quarter. That will be a big jump.

It supports the remote sales team, but it could be a lot better. Creatio needs to move the mobile app update higher on its priority list. We can see a difference when we look at other mobile CRM solutions out there – Creatio's mobile app isn't as fresh as other parts of the application.

The other area I'd like to see Creatio improve – is the development of a robust field service application or enhancement to their existing Service Creatio module. It should be a separate product called Creatio Field Service. Field service is important because it addresses the large number of workers out there who aren't desk-bound, and that really corresponds with the mobile app improvements.

I have been using it for three years. 

I haven't had any outages or anything like that with the product. Sometimes, the loading is slow, but I'm going to blame that on my internet connection. I haven't heard of many cases where there's been a massive routing issue or problems with network availability. I know Creatio has data centers all over the world. I haven't seen anything that's any worse than some of the other web-based applications that I use. So, I would give the stability a nine out of ten.

I would rate the scalability of this product an eight out of ten for very large organizations needing to scale. 

For small organizations, SMBs,  scalability is a ten out of ten. For medium enterprises, meaning 500 to 1000 users, it's probably a nine. 

For over 1000 users, that's where it's about an eight and a half. That's only because those larger organizations might also want a field service application, and Creatio doesn't have one built-in.

Based on my experiences, the customer support and service are strong. I've only had a couple of issues, and they were related to a third-party product I was trying to integrate. I was getting emails all hours of the night - someone was actively working on it, and we finally got it resolved. 

So, I have to give them kudos for that. It took about a week, only because they had to work with the third-party vendor to make sure the API was working correctly. They were able to analyze Creatio system, ensure there were no corrupt files on my side, and test it using their internal tools. 

Ultimately, we did find that there was a missing element on the third-party vendor side that needed to be enhanced for proper integration with Creatio.

I have used other CRMs, such as Sugar CRM, Hubspot and Salesforce. The main difference is cost. The other difference is time to value along with features and functions. 

For example, even with Creatio's most basic plan, which has Growth, Enterprise, and Ultimate, I use the Enterprise version. It's a fully-featured CRM that includes sales, marketing, and service, along with the studio product. 

That's different from some other vendors where they have different tiers of their product, and you don't receive all the features unless you're ready to pay an exorbitant amount – whether it's Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Sugar CRM, or definitely HubSpot. 

I commend Creatio for that approach, and it's going to pay off even more as people become more aware of the product.

The deployment depends on the size of the company and the specific use cases they want to implement. A lot of the people I talk to have come from other CRMs like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Sugar CRM, and HubSpot. In any case, I haven't heard of a large deployment taking longer than five and a half months – and I mean very large, with thousands of users.

Typically, we're looking at three to four months. That's mostly focused on getting data migrated over, making sure it's clean and de-duplicated. For a medium to large organization, I would say three to four months is pretty standard. For smaller companies, we're talking weeks.

You start seeing it within six to eight months after all the change management, integrations, and everything else is complete within an organization. Once you start using the product consistently and get away from the initial jitters of change, people really like using Creatio. 

The user interface helps them do their job better and more efficiently, and our team actually enjoys logging into it. It also has an internal Slack-like feature where they can chat and have feeds, not just email, to teammates all over the world – all within the application at no extra cost.

Overall, I'd rate it a nine and a half out of ten. The half-point deduction is only because of the mobile app and lack of a built-in field service solution. Otherwise, it's excellent.

We're using Sales Creatio for its basic purpose. We provide service to our clients, particularly tech support, and that's very important. Clients call in if something's not working, because we implement Sales Creatio and other solutions to clients, e.g. general clients. If they have a problem, they'll send us a ticket. We register the ticket, provide support within one hour or two hours depending on the agreement we have with these people, and that's just the basic with the client.

We also have sales, particularly sales processes. We qualify the leads. We have the marketing processes. We have the lead qualification. Once we get to a certain level, the lead gets assigned to the sales person and that person starts the process, and we go through each of the stages until we close. We then close the loop by assigning a team to implement and install. Now, we're done with our sales.

It's a project. We go through the whole cycle of the sales process. We have the lead qualification, then the sales assignment, then we close the project, and then it becomes a project. We manage the project: all the stages, meetings, and schedules.

When everything is said and done, clients start calling in for tech support. That's what we do.

The benefits that Sales Creatio brought to our organization: The bottom line is my members didn't want to go ahead and utilize the previous solution (Infor CRM) because it was so cumbersome. We had to go through several different screens to get things processed. Not only that: If they needed to make an ad hoc change, or if they needed to make a process, they were not able to do it. They had to ask my IT guys to create a process for them, or customize a field, or get a specific page or information they needed. It was not that easy.

Sometimes it was easy for us because we were trained, but the new guys, they didn't want to do it. They said: "Well, we worked with Salesforce before. We worked with Microsoft before. Infor is not that simple or intuitive." We then started to go into Sales Creatio and it was very easy to use and very, very intuitive. They could create all kinds of processes on their own. I didn't have to explain as much because it was new technology. Infor CRM, on the other hand, was stuck in time. They didn't develop much. It was just nice-to-have.

With Sales Creatio, utilization was improved by 80%. The database is clean and alive, and we see usage every day. My team loves this solution, both mobile and Windows.

I like that Sales Creatio is low-code. I'm not a programmer and I'm not a developer, but I can create my own flows and my own marketing processes. We do that a lot. Being able to do basic things is what I like about this solution.

Guess who said: "No, no, no, no, no. Nobody touches that. I'll do that"? I was the one creating some of the processes. I am able to follow through the whole process because it's low-code and sometimes no-code. That's something that we like.

Lead qualification is fantastic. Project management is a must. Again, each of those four characteristics that we like are directly associated with the fact that it doesn't require our team to develop code, though we can do that if you want. We can integrate back to our ERP. We can integrate it to a number of things, e.g. platforms and APIs, but what's cool is I can do most of it without asking for their help, unlike with Infor CRM.

All these characteristics that we like are directly associated with the fact that we can work on the platform as a low-code and no-code.

My main pet peeve with this product is marketing. I love marketing, and even though I'm an engineer, I like it. Sales is great. It's perfect. The service is great, but the marketing can be improved. It has everything we need, but it's so tricky to configure, and I think they did not do a good job onboarding whoever comes on board for the marketing. They do provide videos and they do provide some instructions, but even to this date, we're figuring things out.

To my surprise, they too are not aware of some of the problems we detected. We were able to send them a lot of little things and we had to ask them how to do it. It takes two, three, or four days because they themselves are still figuring out how to do certain things. The result is that sometimes they create a workaround and they explain: "Well, on the next version we're going to make a change here." Bottom line, marketing is definitely one area. Even though it's great, it's not perfect, and there's a lot of room for improvement. I still wouldn't go with any other platforms, though. I think once you manage that, once you've figured things out, Sales Creatio is the way to go.

Documentation also needs some improvement. If you claim yourself to be a platform that's very intuitive and low-code, your documentation, or your Academy (this is what they call themselves), needs to have complete information. For example: You can go to the Academy and get information, but there isn't much information there. They just have a very basic set of videos that my mom can understand and sounds nice and dandy, but when you try to apply things, you'll go: "Oh, wait a minute, here. How about this? Oh, this is not on the video." You have to call in and if it's too complex, it may take a couple of days or more for them to reply to you.

More often than not, the explanation is not really on the documentation. They can improve documentation. They should improve the videos. The should improve the onboarding. Once they fix that, and that should be on the next version, that'll be great as well. That would bring marketing up to par with sales and service.

An additional feature I'd like to see in the next release for this solution is the creation of APIs. We do have the capability for that, but it could be explored better.

There's another feature I'd like to see and that is the generation of PDFs. You would say: "Whoa. It doesn't generate PDFs." No, it doesn't. You can create proposals in Word, but not in PDFs. To me, that should be basic. Most people have that and it's embarrassing when I can't. It could have something to do with their relationship with Adobe, or it might be a licensing issue, not a technical capability. That's what comes to mind.

We've been using this solution since 2016.

This solution is very, very stable.

Two years ago, we had an issue because one of our sites was with Azure and that did not go so well. They moved the site to Amazon and everything went beautifully. No delays. Everything was solid. We figured it out. That was three years ago.

Today, they are much more detail-oriented. They don't put everybody on the same network. Depending on where you are, e.g. we have clients in different areas of the globe, so they connect them to Azure or Amazon based on where they are located. That's been working out fine. Short answer is Sales Creatio is stable. I have no complaints.

From our perspective, it's hard to say whether this solution is easy to scale or not. 

We have 20 users approximately. I don't see any problem taking them to 100. I have to give you an answer based on our experiences with our clients. We have clients with up to 2,000, or 3,000 users. We also have clients with five or 10 users. It is scalable. We've never had much more than 2,000 or 3000 users, and we never had any problems.

I did hear that when you get up to 10,000, or 15,000 users, it's strongly advisable to have an on-premise implementation. That helps a lot, but I can't confirm that because we haven't had any real case. It's just rumors, or people I've spoken with. 

From my perspective, with the day-to-day clients that we have, our average is about 50 to 400 users from our clients. 100% of them is cloud-based. Once they get the right platform: Amazon AWS or Azure, it's a breeze. We haven't had any issues at all. Scalability is not a problem. In fact, I hope to have more users as that helps all of us big time.

In general, Sales Creatio's support is fantastic. They are very on the ball. They pay attention to us. They escalate if necessary. They have several levels. They have different programs and they do a great job. It was only with marketing that we have had issues in the past. It took longer to get the ball rolling and they had to escalate to different levels, but they fixed the issue.

Today, I had a question for them regarding our DNS. We sent them an email. Within five minutes, they were able to get back to us with a suggestion. They probably realized last year that they needed to change and up their game and they did. Bottom line is I have no complaints. I celebrate their improvement. 

Sales Creatio has gone a long way. That's an impressive process they've come up with. I have worked with Microsoft before, also Salesforce and Oracle, and sometimes I felt like we were not important. Sales Creatio was able to make us feel very important.

A little bit about ourselves here: We used to be the master distributors for SalesLogix. SalesLogix is an Infor CRM today. It's a solution. They didn't do anything to the product. We spent a lot of time on it and they downgraded the quality.

We decided to look for something else. We did some research and obviously tried Salesforce, Microsoft, and Oracle. We did them all, tried them out, and we decided to go with Sales Creatio back in 2016. It's an excellent service with people who were very eager to please. Their support was great and their management was fantastic. The product was very good.

Going back to SalesLogix, it was sold to Infor. Infor is a very, very large ERP organization that acquired SalesLogix. Their goal was to transform SalesLogix into a more modern, flexible, new technology which integrates with their ERPs. To a certain extent, they did that. I don't want to blame them, but at a certain point in time, they did not evolve as fast as we expected, so they had to recreate the platform from the bottom, from scratch almost, because that was an old technology. They had to really bring it up to the Cloud. Instead of bringing that old technology to the Cloud, they developed a new platform.

The problem was it was no good. When you compare their platform to Sales Creatio, particularly the flexibility and the no-code, Sales Creatio was hard to beat. It's easy to go into a client and beat Infor CRM. That was frustrating for us. They were not a CRM-geared organization. They were a customer experience in general, which is fine.

When you talk to Sales Creatio, it's a lot easier to deal with because it's one product. It's one platform. Another thing that sets Sales Creatio apart from its competitors is that it has marketing, sales, services, and the studio: all with the same DNA. It was all developed from the same platform.

Other platforms, including Infor, in order to get something done, what they do is they acquire the other platforms and then they have to integrate. What they'll have at the end of the day is too many moving parts. You can really see and notice how hard it is to move data from one end to the other, and how hard it is to make sure things look the same. You see that on Salesforce. You see that on Microsoft. You see that on Infor. On Sales Creatio, it's transparent because it was born from a BPM platform. They claim to be CRM but the bottom line is the engine is BPM which evolved to a layer where you have marketing, sales, and service on top of it.

This is phenomenal because you don't realize that all three units are integrated. That, to me, was key to us selling Sales Creatio to our clients. Selling Infor was a nightmare. We were attached to Infor. We were Infor's exclusive distributors in Latin America at one point. We were very loyal to them, but we were losing projects left and right.

When you bring something new like Sales Creatio, it's night and day. We wanted to make a demo. To create a process with Infor, it would take us hours. With Sales Creatio, it only took seconds, or minutes. It's very visual, very icon-oriented. It's so much easier. Our presentations were much more effective. Clients loved this solution. At the end of the day, they said: "Guys. Forget about Infor. Let's use Sales Creatio for the project. Present to us, send us your proposal for Creatio." We then realized that we had to make the switch, so we decided to scrap Infor CRM internally and started using Sales Creatio.

The setup for this solution was straightforward.

We are savvy. We are implementers. We've been doing this for the past 20 years, so my team is really, really good. Implementing Sales Creatio was way easier than implementing Infor CRM.

We were very specific on how we wanted to do things. We had our people certified first. We set up a few platforms on our own, then we implemented our own platform. It took less than two weeks, maybe even less than that. We were just tweaking here and there and creating processes here and there. Implementation was almost out of the box to begin with, then we started customizing some of our processes.

I wouldn't even say customizing. We were configuring things. Sales Creatio is so good with that, particularly with the sales process and the service, so all of our processes were already there out of the box. All we needed to do was to configure it according to our methodology and how we utilized, but then again, that's not a surprise. We are an integrator. They are vendors. We are software vendors/implementers, so Creatio understands that. That's what they do.

If we were a hospital, or if we a store or a vet, for example, we probably would have to configure it. Even in that situation, it doesn't change as much because the software is so flexible. To customize, implement, and configure it is really a breeze. We do this for a living. We just now finished a large implementation in Texas and that is very, very, very complex, yet it was simple compared to any other platforms that we are familiar with.

We implemented this in-house, but we also had to solicit help in terms of marketing. Here's the thing: Sales Creatio marketing utilizes ESPs. We are connected to Elastic or SendGrid and you have to change your DNS. You have to change a few configurations, so that's not straightforward. We had to have some people from Sales Creatio tell us what to do. Once we knew how to get that, we figured it out on our own and things started to flow with no problems. The implementation went well.

We haven't computed the ROI. Some of our clients do that, but I don't have that off the top of my head. In general, it's positive, but we don't do that as much, so I don't have the number.

At the level we're at, we have the Sales Creatio corporate licenses. These cost $60 per user. We are implementers and partners, so we have special pricing. Bottom line is that Sales Creatio's cost is half of Salesforce's cost. If I'm not mistaken, Salesforce is priced at $120. Microsoft's more like us, but we have everything. $60 per platform per module and we can pick and choose. If you have five users for sales, that's five times 60, so that's $300 a month, times 12.

They also have other versions. They have the lighter version for $30. You don't need everything in sales. It's attractive in terms of pricing, plus you're going to get a lot of features. You're going to get a lot of flexibility. These are part of what makes Sales Creatio attractive.

To get the same thing on Salesforce, you're going to have to invest. As you go on, surprising, surprise. You will be hit with additional charges here and there. That's when people don't realize when they're going to close a project. They think they're paying something, then six months down the road, they'll be hit with another invoice. They'll go: "What is this?" Then they'll find out it's for additional storage, or additional platform for marketing, or that they're utilizing too many contacts.

Sales Creatio is straightforward with their costs and charges. We've never had an issue and neither do our clients. Their costs are upfront. It's $60 for a license per month, per user. Pricing is plain and simple. Only if you really need storage, they're going to charge you additionally for storage. There is an additional charge for documentation and database, etc. If you're using marketing and you're marketing to 10,000 contacts, the pricing is going to be different than marketing to 200,000. The number of contacts will change the pricing for marketing.

We evaluated Infor, Salesforce, Oracle, and Microsoft CRMs.

We are using the latest version of Sales Creatio: 7.18.5 and 1500 as a partner and implementer. We get the software and we automatically update the versions. Our team does that. We don't have to call anybody else. We're self-sufficient. We are experts. We have people in the team who are fully certified.

We could've gone both ways in deploying this solution, but we decided to go with public cloud deployment, and we're happy with that decision. Our system is connected to Amazon AWS.

For maintenance, we have our people, e.g. our managers, and our project manager or admin. We have our team, but if your operation does not have a heavily certified team, or a specialized team, you should not worry because Sales Creatio, every two to three months, comes up with a new version or an add-on. It automatically changes. They do that on their own. You don't have to worry about it. They will warn you and they will let you know. For example, they'll contact you and say: "Hey. When is the best time for us to implement the new version?" Then you say: "Let's do Friday after 5:00." We coordinate and Sales Creatio takes care of it, and we, including our clients, don't have to worry about it.

It's extremely lean and easy to maintain, unless you really want to do something crazy, or have redundancy, it maybe best to back your system up, or have a copy. 

Another thing is that we not only have our production, but we also have our development environment. Every now and then, we have to copy specific environments and copy backup, so we can do development for third parties, for our clients, mainly. That's when my heavy artillery comes in and they do what they have to do, but for a regular client operation with five to 10 people, you can pick one administrator and the person should be able to handle that without a problem. It's basic, intuitive, and requires very little maintenance.

We go to a client and a big name competitor like Salesforce is really one issue that we have. You can imagine just how everybody knows Salesforce. We have to tell clients why Sales Creatio is better than Salesforce or Microsoft, for example.

Just recently, we got a 450 license project. We were competing against Salesforce and they did what they had to do. The client called us and said: "I'm so happy we selected you guys and Sales Creatio because we felt we were important during the sales process. You guys make us feel special every single day." That's the word I got from one of our clients: Alex. He is happy and I agree. Sales Creatio: It could be because of it's size, but I hope that when it is the size of Salesforce, it does not transpire that way. I will make sure, from my end, that they don't get too cocky. I hope they stay humble and nimble and continue to serve clients as they do today.

I hate to be biased but let's try to be unbiased with the advice I'm giving to people looking into implementing Sales Creatio. One is to make sure you understand why you're bringing a CRM platform on board. Is it because it's cool, or is it because your sales team wants to use a certain platform? You need to find out what your objective is, why you're bringing in a new platform, and what it is you want to achieve. Based on that, go ahead and bring the best, more flexible CRM. Don't make your choice based on the name, pricing, or factors that sound cool, but at the end of the day is going to cost you more money and is going to take more time. Implementation will be half more expensive.

Do some research first. Understand why you need it. Bring on board, bring in-house something that is flexible, intuitive, and one that your people will utilize. People hate using something very specific or very complex. You have to try and focus on the simple things, and that is Sales Creatio to me. It might not be as well-known as the big brands, but that's where you're going to capitalize. You're going to be able to explore and get much more for your money than anybody else.

Do your homework. Explore the best partners in your area and go for it. Do some research and assign a leader for your project. Then again, I'm going to start talking about projects and that's not the case. Bottom line is to look for something intuitive, easy to use, and requires less money. This sounds obvious, but a lot of people like the expensive solutions for no reason, apart from them being cool, and I find that sad.

I'm rating this product a nine out of ten. Nothing's perfect. There's still room for improvement. I think they're not perfect and they're not a 10 at this point in time. I don't think there's a 10 in the market. Salesforce: I would just score it a seven or eight, for many reasons. Sales Creatio at nine meets the needs of our clients big time. Even for projects we lost to Salesforce, I'll still give Sales Creatio a nine. They don't know what they're getting themselves into and they will pay for it.

Sales Creatio, in my view, was really the right decision since 2016 and because of that decision we made back in 2016, we were able to recover several clients. We were able to help many, many clients become more successful. We learned a lot and we're ready to face any challenges now. These are large corporations, medium-sized, and small corporations. I wanted to justify why I gave a nine out of ten rating for this solution.

We are an implementer. We are resellers. It is a strong relationship. We're not totally biased because we have other solutions. We sell other solutions, but we choose Sales Creatio whenever possible because through it, we can achieve what we promised. We can achieve it most of the time. If the client says: "No. I have to stick with Infor." then we have to sell Infor. That happened just recently and that's fine.

I use Sales Creatio for the lead generation cycle.

With Sales Creatio, you can have a customer service review, and it is GDPR compliant. Sales Creatio is one of the few solutions that can be hosted on-premises and on the cloud.

Sales Creatio should include better customizations.

Sales Creatio is a very stable solution.

Sales Creatio is a scalable solution. Sales Creatio is suitable for small, medium and enterprise businesses.

The solution's technical support is excellent, and the technical account manager is very user-friendly.

The solution's initial setup depends entirely on the business analyst you are using. The business analyst should be conversant in Sales Creatio and have technical knowledge.

The solution's deployment time depends on the number of users and the customization, but it usually takes less than two months.

Compared to Salesforce and other applications, Sales Creatio is a cost-effective solution. The fact that the solution is from an East European company makes it cheaper because of labor arbitrage.

On a scale from one to ten, where one is cheap, and ten is expensive, I rate the solution's pricing a four or five out of ten.

Sales Creatio was deployed on-cloud in our organization. Sales Creatio is a comparatively new solution.

Overall, I rate Sales Creatio a nine out of ten.

The use case is B2B sales and working with manufacturers and distributors selling high-tech equipment.

In terms of the version, it is always up-to-date.

Its configurability in terms of being able to change screens and fields and create workflows that are compatible with our business objectives is most valuable.

The calendar needs a lot of improvement. It is based upon a 24-hour day. So, instead of four o'clock or 4:00 AM or PM, it has 16:00 hours.

On the sales side, I would like to see a CPQ product, and on the services side, I'd like to see more of a field service automation feature.

I have been using this solution for about three years.

It is a stable solution.

It is quite scalable. It is really oriented towards mid-size to large enterprise companies. That's why it's ranked high in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for sales automation.

On a typical Creatio Sales profile, we have somewhere between 30 and 100 users. They are
outside and inside sales.

They're very good. They're very prompt, and they really hold your hand to help resolve issues.

I dealt with Infor Saleslogix. We switched to Creatio because it had a more modern user interface. It had more of a completely integrated solution for marketing and sales and service.

It isn't straightforward, and it is also not complex. There is a paradigm of difference between the standard North American CRMs versus Creatio, which has its origin in the heart of Europe. So, it is just the nomenclature that you have to get used to.

In terms of maintenance, in a midsize organization, it's usually about half a person. In a larger organization, it's usually about one and a half people or only one person dedicated for up to about 500 users.

Sales Creatio's enterprise version is $60 per user per month. Other leaders in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for sales automation, such as SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, and Oracle, are about $150 to $200 a month, and Creatio is $60.

To someone who is looking at CRMs, I would advise putting Sales Creatio as part of a conversation while evaluating CRMs. It is not well known because of their marketing, but once you take a look at it and understand the value proposition, it goes certainly at the top of the list because of the functionality and the cost.

We previously had a simple ERP solution that didn't include CRM.

Setting up Creatio is straightforward. It doesn't require much maintenance because it automatically updates every two months or so.

It's hard to estimate our return because we don't know what part of the revenue increase can be attributed to the application. However, I can say that we've grown since we started using CRM, but the reason is more difficult to ascertain.

Creatio has an annual subscription. I think the price is average compared to other CRM solutions. It's cheaper than Salesforce but more expensive than some other local CRMs that offer less functionality. Overall, I think it's the right price for what it does.

I rate Creatio nine out of 10. It does what it is supposed to, and we're happy. I recommend it. Creatio is reliable, fast, and fits our goals, but it falls short of a perfect 10 because the mobile app isn't so easy to use. Anyone who wants to implement this solution can easily adapt it to their business. You can customize it to your needs.

The main use case for our clients is being able to manage their entire sales process. Starting with leads into opportunities, creating dashboards, being able to see a bird' eye view on the performance of their entire sales team. Whether it's sales, whether it is just a regular account executive, it really provides a bird' eye view on exactly what your sales department is doing, from lead qualification to finalizing the deal and setting out the contract and getting it signed.

Internally, we use the solution pretty much the same. We also have inbound leads. We qualify opportunities. We have our specific stages within the opportunity section where we're able to just run our sales process from start to finish to them signing a contract. We then implement the solution for them.

Everybody loves the dashboards and the bird' eye view. The dashboards are so customizable that pretty much any person or end-user is able to navigate it with just a couple of hours of training. 

The biggest impact is being able to get a bird' eye view on the performance, specifically looking at the dashboards and customizing them daily if there are any kinds of adjustments within your organization.

The main valuable feature is the flexibility and the customization of the platform. There's not a single CRM out there, at least that I've used, that is quite as flexible as Creatio CRM. More specifically, Creatio sales in this case scenario. On top of the features, it's also the pricing because, if you look at some of the other companies even bigger than Creatio, they're charging at least 10 times what Creatio is charging.

The solution pretty much covers it all and needs very little improvement. The only thing that I as well as some of our clients see is that the user interface is a bit out dated as opposed to some of the other CRM systems. It's a little bit clunky and it's not as appealing visually.

One other area for improvement is with the connectors. They just don't have quite enough of these connectors or the ability to do a custom integration. That's much more complex.

Specifically, the custom integration is difficult. The out of the box connectors are basically plugins and they work amazingly great. The selection is not as vast as some of the other competitors. It will be much more painful than some of the competitors to do a customization integration through an open API.

The connectors are limited. Out of the box connectors are great, but the ability of what is there versus other CRMs is limited. It can be a bit complicated when it comes to custom integration.

I have been using the solution for six years.

The solution is very stable. They promise 99.9% uptime for being with them for a little over six years. I've never had any kind of problems with the CRM being down or not accessible.

Scalability is super easy. It only takes a few clicks to add a new user.

Internally, we have about 16 users. For each of our clients, it's probably between 10 to 40 licenses.

Overall, especially because I'm a partner, we get instant support from the technical team. They're always very helpful in regards to the clients that we work with as well. They really never had any kind of problems. As a partner, we also provide them with support. I have no complaints in that department.

The initial setup of the solution is definitely straightforward, especially compared to other CRMs out there. A lot of the business processes already come out of the box, you just need a few tweaks to really get it tailored to your business.

Implementation can take between one and five days on average, depending on your business and processes.

The pricing is broken down into a monthly charge, but you are invoiced for the entire year. They have three versions that you're able to choose from. The cheapest one starts at $30 per user monthly, and then the most expensive one is the enterprise edition, which is $60 per user, per month, but all billed annually.

I believe the minimum number of users per pricing tier is five.

Beyond the licensing, they have connectors that are absolutely free that you're able to download, implement, and then you have them on the spot. Then they also have premium connectors that you have to pay for whether it's on a monthly charge, a yearly charge, or a one-time fee.

Anyone thinking about implementing this solution should have a game plan. Having a plan for how you want to use the CRM system will make the implementation process go much smoother, and you won't waste days, weeks, or months. We're able to make the needed changes on the implementation if we first come to our design board and think about exactly what our business process is and how we want to see it. This happens a lot, especially with businesses transferring from the Excel spreadsheet.

I'd rate this solution a nine out of ten. I feel that there's always room for improvement for any self-learning product out there.

I'm using it for sales.

Instead of using Excel I'm using this program. It has helped me gather my data faster. But that's it, not much. It hasn't really improved anything yet because I haven't been able to customize it the way I want to.

I had a different strategy in mind for this product. Since we are mainly in the construction business, and it is very diversified, I haven't been able to use the software to its utmost. I'm using just the basics, I'm not using anything advanced. I am even trying to reset everything and start from scratch because it didn't benefit me from the first time I used it.

To benefit from this software you need to have somebody dedicated to customizing the features you're looking for and, to be honest, I do not have time to focus only on that. I handle many things in our company. I'm a partner in the company and I really do not have time to focus only on bpm'online. It needs somebody dedicated to it.

No issues with stability. The software is good.

I have had no issues with scalability so far.

Very helpful, very professional, I like their technical support. I have been dealing with three people so far and they are really professional. They respond quickly, they are very helpful.

I tried using Salesforce.com but when I started the implementation I didn't receive the proper support, the way I did with bpm'online, so that is why I switched.

The setup was straightforward, nothing complicated.

Again, honestly, I'm not benefiting from the product the way I should because I don't have a dedicated person to work on it and customize it. So for me, for the time being, it's expensive because I'm not using it to the optimum. The price itself is fine, I'm not complaining. But for the amount I'm paying, because we are a small to medium business, we should be benefiting more from the features of the product.

We didn't evaluate other options, I went straight for this one. I had a presentation on the product and I loved it and I used it.

The customer service is good, the managers on my accounts are good, very helpful, very cooperative. It's user-friendly, you can do it yourself, you don't need to have a technical IT guy do it for you. However, it takes time to implement it, it takes time to work on it. You have to know exactly what you want from the software to use it efficiently.

I would rate the product itself at eight out of 10, but my usage of the product is a three out of 10.
