For how long have I used the solution?
I've been using the solution for about a year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The solution, so far, has been quite stable. I haven't had issues with bugs. It's not glitchy. I do not find that it crashes or freezes.

We can scale the solution as needed. It's not a problem if we want to expand usage.
I cannot say how many users are on the solution right now.
How are customer service and support?
I've contacted technical support in the past. They are good. I found them to be helpful and responsive.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I've also used MSPMagic and JumpCloud.
SkyKick is more robust. Plus, they have got email backups and a couple more things you could do under a single pane of glass versus MSPMagic, for example.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup was not complex or straightforward. The setup process is fairly middle-of-the-road. It's not too challenging, yet there are challenges.
I don't have a timeframe in terms of how long it took to deploy. It's different between different companies. It varies.

We handled the initial setup ourselves. We did it in-house and did not need the assistance of any integrators or consultants.
What was our ROI?
We have witnessed a return on investment.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
I am familiar with the pricing and would describe it as fair. It's not too expensive.

I'd rate the solution eight out of ten. We've been happy with its capabilities in general so far.
