The DLP system captures keywords from email headers and subjects, and if those words are present, the DLP system operates accordingly. I will suggest a product to a customer based on their budget. If users have the budget to buy a product like Trend Micro Apex One, they can buy it. Customers can also go for other products, like Seqrite, Sophos, CrowStrike, and Cisco AMP. Based on the customers' budgets, they can also go for Trend Micro Deep Security. Trend Micro provides Trend Micro Integrated Data Loss Prevention, and Trend Micro Deep Security supports legacy operating systems in areas like installations. Even Sophos supports legacy operating systems. There are no server requirements to deploy the product, meaning users can install it using existing products in their environment, like Trend Micro Apex One. I rate the overall tool a nine out of ten.

The initial setup process is simple and straightforward. We don't have difficulties with the process. The implementation process is fairly quick and takes about three to six months. It starts with policy formulation. The customer has to come up with a policy or the need to protect and prevent leakage. They need to tag their information properly so that DLP can actually work. After that, then you could find certain rules for monitoring initially. If that goes well, users can start blocking things or putting them into an approval process. This requires a dedicated DLP admin for a 3,000-person company. More than 3,000 users need about two dedicated admins.
