We used it in our company for building an online store, like Amazon, for which you don't need any specific skill development. In the online store, you can just upload your photos and define the quantity and price, and then you can integrate them into the solution just by using the click option. The solution helps one to be able to make it possible for others to place an order, do the tracking and assist with queries in the online store. Everything is good. You don't need to worry about it.

What needs improvement?
Zoho Commerce was recently launched. It's not an old product. The product is in the process of working on its look and feel along with the drag-and-drop concept. There is nothing to improve in the aforementioned details.
Improvement is needed in the UI and UX part of the solution. In general, the look and feel of the solution needs improvement. It is important to note that the aforementioned improvements suggested don't apply to all businesses making the improvements optional.
The UI need not just be improved but should have additional functionalities so that a non-developer can use the solution.

I have been using Zoho Commerce for a year. Recently, I used it to build an online store.

There are no issues with the solution on the stability front. It is a stable solution.

My company doesn't use Zoho Commerce since we don't have an online store. I had done the implementation of Zoho Commerce for one of our customers from the UK.
How are customer service and support?
I contacted Zoho's support team during my entry-level time period. Zoho used to explain all their products. They provide a demo if you don't have an idea of their products. There are multiple sessions, including some recordings and live sessions, to help one understand Zoho products. There are a lot of resources from Zoho from which you can make choices. You can follow Zoho's documentation or their other training materials. You can choose to have a live session or a demo to help you understand Zoho products. You can even get on a call or send an email for support.

Speaking of the initial setup phase, I would say that a person can maintain their own accounting, integration, courier tracking, and everything. It is possible to handle everything in Zoho Commerce.
The implementation is very straightforward and user-friendly.

The price of Zoho Commerce is between 10 to 25 USD per user per month.

In comparison to other products, Zoho Commerce is the best product. Cost-wise also, it is a good product. You don't require a developer for implementation.

Zoho Commerce's website is already present, and they only provide the website interface to users. You don't need to build a separate website or store since you can do everything in one place.
I would definitely recommend the solution to those planning to use it.
Be it cost-wise, udder interface, or stability, everything in the solution is straightforward. One doesn't need a developer for implementation. There is also no need to spend a lot of money on Zoho Commerce, and it applies to all the products under Zoho.
Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.
