AceCloud's customer support is very quick to resolve things and they are very good at providing very high-end GPUs for cloud computing for AI applications and 3D computer vision applications that need a lot of high compute capabilities.
I would add something about needed improvements; for instance, the free trial version that AceCloud provides is a very good amount at 20,000K, but it is limited to just one week.
Overall, our experience has been very good for now, but one thing I would like to add is that their dashboard platform could be improved by making it even simpler for users who are not cloud experts.
