My primary use case for this solution is filling in information for the user and using Manage Engine to submit the technician for the user. Inside the Manage Engine, I can also make groups and log in to the portal where I can fill in the necessary fields like an email address or phone number.

Whenever a new employee comes, I would make a signature for them.

There were some issues I was facing where some users didn't get applied for a policy and the updates didn't send out. For example, If I changed the job title, it's not automatically updated and I have to make sure that the information is corrected. So sometimes it happens that when I log in, the script is wrong, so I have to remove the signature and make it update again.

I think that the performance could be better and so could the auto-updates when filling in new columns and information.

I have been using this solution for about one year.

My impression is that this is a stable solution.

I would rate the scalability of this solution a nine, on a scale from one to 10, with one being the worst and 10 being the best. We have between 400 and 550 users of this solution in our company.

I would say that the initial setup process was straightforward. I think the initial setup took around three minutes.

It's very easy to use. You just have to sign in and sign the documentation. The digital signing process is very straightforward.

Regarding the most valuable feature of the solution, I would say that it is easy to use.

Since I'm using the older version, I'm unaware of the current changes in the solution. So, I'm only using it to sign and send PDF files. The solution's UI can be made simpler and easy to use so that I can have the option to make changes if needed. Also, in future releases of the solution, some options to protect the document, after which it cannot be modified, would be great.

The solution's initial setup was straightforward. Another team carried out the deployment process in our organization. So, I don't know how much time it took for them. Only installing it is a simple process. Just for my single application, I can install it on my PC, and it just gets installed in five minutes.

Regarding the solution's deployment to maintenance, it's a solution you can manage by yourself.

As of now, there are no monthly expenses involved in the solution.

I can recommend the solution to others. However, nowadays, there are free solutions that are available for e-signing. So, I think free solutions are available if you do not require something specific and just want a simple document while trying to save on costs. In short, one should explore first and then go with the solution. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
