Streamlined customer onboarding has reduced processing time from days to under an hour
There are several phenomenal features in Adobe Sign, and for me personally, the web forms feature is one of the best because it allows flexibility and the ability for signers to access the documents remotely without having to be sent a document for signature. All they need is a link or a QR code to the actual web form, which enables them to fill in and sign the document electronically on any device. The web forms feature has saved a lot of time and administration back and forth from a customer and supplier perspective. In general, it has added a whole level of efficiency for the organization as a whole. As mentioned with the customer registration document, Adobe Sign has greatly improved efficiency for the processing of customer registration documents. Previously, the process took potentially anything up to 10 working days, but with the current process in place, it has been minimized down to less than 60 minutes.

Digital signing has accelerated contract closures and supports fast tracking of multi-party deals
The best features Conga Sign offers include agreements being sent digitally, which reduces the time to get printed documents. I have the option to forward to a relevant party where I might not be the correct person. It reduces turnaround time. Taking signatures from multiple stakeholders can be done digitally. I find all the features very excellent and helpful, and they make the signing process efficient. I also love Conga Sign's Salesforce integration as it provides document tracking, which is great. I really appreciate the point and click interface, which does not require user training from our side. The signing process is also very easy and fast for the end-user, which makes the quoting cycle relatively quicker. It makes it relatively easy to capture digital signatures rather than collecting signatures manually on printed documents from multiple parties, thereby saving a lot of time.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Adobe Sign is a reliable product with good support and a continuous improvement process in place."
"We heavily relied on Adobe Sign for signature workflows, Advanced Sharing method, tracking reports, creating products, and assigning accounts to new users."
"I give the stability a ten out of ten."
"The most valuable aspect of Adobe Sign is not a single feature, but rather a combination of features. From a broad perspective, the failover system is particularly noteworthy. In the event that Adobe Sign experiences downtime, there are backup measures in place through Amazon AWS that ensure continuity. For instance, if one region experiences an outage, another region can take over seamlessly, which is a significant advantage."
"Previously, the process took potentially anything up to 10 working days, but with the current process in place, it has been minimized down to less than 60 minutes."
"Regarding the most valuable feature of the solution, I would say that it is easy to use."
"It makes it very easy to sign documents."
"Adobe Sign is highly reliable and offers additional features such as 25-year retention filters and audit capabilities."
"Conga Sign has positively impacted my organization by eliminating a lot of overhead, and we could move our applications."
"It integrates seamlessly with Conga Composer, making it simpler than if we had to connect Conga with DocuSign."
"The setup is user-friendly, allowing us to easily drag and drop tags onto our document from an ad hoc standpoint."
"The solution allows you to create a code for securing documents and provides various permissions, such as signature only, view only, and read-only."
"Conga Sign has positively impacted my organization as it is a crucial part of many projects, and in fact, we use Conga Sign in most of our projects directly."
"Customers can use Conga Sign to drag and drop their signatures on documents."
"The most valuable feature is Conga’s advanced set of functionalities, which have developed over time, especially from Salesforce Classic to Lightning."
"The solution's most valuable feature in terms of configuration is the Write Back functionality."

Cons

"I think that the performance could be better and so could the auto-updates when filling in new columns and information."
"The UI has room for improvement."
"One limitation of Adobe Sign is the restriction of adding only one email address for an Adobe Sign account. This can cause issues at times because Adobe Sign does not permit multiple signed accounts with the same email address."
"The support could improve in Adobe Sign."
"It works. I have no notes for improvement."
"The solution could always be more secure."
"The price of the solution could improve for certain plans."
"It is hard to keep up with continuous improvements."
"Sometimes we require sending multiple documents for signatures, which is still not supported."
"Sometimes, the tool creates an issue, and we have to go to the Conga Sign setup and reconnect it again."
"I would like to see better initial setup assistance and improved documentation, which would make it easier for new users to understand and configure the solution."
"The integration of Conga Sign with Conga Composer could be better."
"The documentation for Conga Sign could be improved."
"Our biggest problem is that some customer firewalls block the documents, preventing them from receiving or opening emails with the link."
"My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing could be better."
"There is room for improvement in ensuring data residency compliance, as some clients express concerns about data processing transitioning to other servers."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The free edition allows us to use the signature feature."
"One area where there is room for improvement is the pricing of the entry-level plans. If you have minimal requirements for electronic signatures, the initial plans may not be suitable for SMBs as they may appear expensive. However, once you start using Adobe Sign, you can see a positive return on investment. Nonetheless, the pricing of the entry-level plans could be improved to cater to businesses with lower signing needs."
"As of now, there are no monthly expenses involved in the solution."
"Adobe Sign is not expensive, but it is premium-priced based on the specific features required. The value you get from the numerous features and free unlimited support, including expert advice, is worth considering when looking for value for money. Unlike licensed components, when you purchase Adobe Sign, you're not just buying support; hence, you won't be faced with any unexpected licensing costs for additional support."
