Efficient handling of feature updates and user management with supportive customer service
Adobe Sign is very easy to use, and anyone can easily understand and use it independently. If I teach them once, that's sufficient. They can easily grasp it by themselves, but I still make documentation every time I learn new key points or processes. I also create videos for easier access for all users on a common SharePoint site, where people can easily view the processes if they forget, which is beneficial after taking time off for vacations. The initial setup of Adobe Sign is very straightforward and not complex, making it easily understandable. The customer support team from Adobe is very responsible. Whenever I raise a request in Adobe Sign, especially regarding documents that miss content, they clearly explain that large documents sometimes cause issues, and recommend converting the document into a PDF file before sending it for signature, which resolved the issues we faced. They respond immediately whenever I raise a request.

Workflow automation has reduced onboarding effort and now needs more granular admin controls
The best features that I have seen in SignNow are the workflow automation, such as the reminders, expiration, and also the team sharing option. Additionally, I have loved the integrations that SignNow currently has. The security part of it is also really impressive. The workflow automation and reminders in SignNow have helped my team in day-to-day life. When we have onboarded a new person, there are a few reminders set so that the new onboard gets a particular reminder that the form needs to be signed at that time. This ease is maintained and we do not need to follow up continuously. This is something that really helped. SignNow has positively impacted my organization because these quick things that need manual intervention are faster, and it is helpful due to fast approvals. Additionally, the lower cost because of email-based processes and strong traceability for audits and compliance purposes is something it has helped with.

Pros

"Regarding the most valuable feature of the solution, I would say that it is easy to use."
"I give the stability a ten out of ten."
"I adore using Adobe Sign since it feels intuitive and user-friendly. Its organic design makes it effortless to navigate, so even if you lack experience with Adobe software, you can quickly learn and use it accurately."
"The most valuable aspect of Adobe Sign is not a single feature, but rather a combination of features. From a broad perspective, the failover system is particularly noteworthy. In the event that Adobe Sign experiences downtime, there are backup measures in place through Amazon AWS that ensure continuity. For instance, if one region experiences an outage, another region can take over seamlessly, which is a significant advantage."
"Adobe Sign is highly reliable and offers additional features such as 25-year retention filters and audit capabilities."
"The ability to sign digitally is very convenient."
"Adobe Sign is a reliable product with good support and a continuous improvement process in place."
"We heavily relied on Adobe Sign for signature workflows, Advanced Sharing method, tracking reports, creating products, and assigning accounts to new users."
"I'm a very happy and satisfied customer."
"My advice to others looking into using SignNow is that it is one of the best e-signature platforms that saves a lot of time and effort between clients and customers, especially when there are no face-to-face meetings, saving costs including traveling."
"I like that it works well for my company. I will not be switching to another solution. I don't have any complaints."
"SignNow has positively impacted my organization because these quick things that need manual intervention are faster, and it is helpful due to fast approvals, lower cost because of email-based processes, and strong traceability for audits and compliance purposes."
"SignNow has been really helpful in my organization, especially in reduction of human errors during the signing process, and it has also been cost-effective and time-saving through elimination of traveling to come and sign documents and return."
"SignNow has positively impacted my organization because these quick things that need manual intervention are faster, and it is helpful due to fast approvals, lower cost because of email-based processes, and strong traceability for audits and compliance purposes."
"My advice for others looking into using SignNow is that if an organization needs a simple yet extremely efficient piece of software that allows your team to distribute, execute, and deliver agreements from anywhere, anytime, then SignNow is the real deal."
"It was easy to send it around to only the relevant parties."

Cons

"The price of the solution could improve for certain plans."
"It is hard to keep up with continuous improvements."
"Last year we were informed that the integration between SharePoint and Adobe Sign was expiring in July 2024, prompting us to create a Power Automate flow to automate agreements in Adobe Sign using Power App and Power Automate flow inbuilt with the SharePoint site."
"It works. I have no notes for improvement."
"The solution could always be more secure."
"The solution's UI can be made simpler and easy to use so that I can have the option to make changes if needed."
"One limitation of Adobe Sign is the restriction of adding only one email address for an Adobe Sign account. This can cause issues at times because Adobe Sign does not permit multiple signed accounts with the same email address."
"The support could improve in Adobe Sign."
"SignNow APIs are extremely expensive."
"I'm not sure if this option was available; however, after having the form signed, I had to send it to a third party that would take the form and deals with it. There wasn't an option to have the forms, once signed, to a third party."
"SignNow can be improved by having more granular admin roles, permissions, and some strong domain organizational controls."
"In the next release, I would like more protection. Security is of the highest importance for our company."
"One of the areas that SignNow should greatly improve is on easier sorting of completed documents."
"The area I think this solution can improve is user features."
"To improve SignNow, better examples of how to set up different use cases would be great, a referral program is needed, and direct integration with other tools would be highly appreciated."
"So far things are going well, but one thing that I would love to see improvement on is integration with Google Sheets for collecting response data, as it doesn't work properly."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The free edition allows us to use the signature feature."
"One area where there is room for improvement is the pricing of the entry-level plans. If you have minimal requirements for electronic signatures, the initial plans may not be suitable for SMBs as they may appear expensive. However, once you start using Adobe Sign, you can see a positive return on investment. Nonetheless, the pricing of the entry-level plans could be improved to cater to businesses with lower signing needs."
"Adobe Sign is not expensive, but it is premium-priced based on the specific features required. The value you get from the numerous features and free unlimited support, including expert advice, is worth considering when looking for value for money. Unlike licensed components, when you purchase Adobe Sign, you're not just buying support; hence, you won't be faced with any unexpected licensing costs for additional support."
"As of now, there are no monthly expenses involved in the solution."
