Easy to manage, deploy and use
There were some issues I was facing where some users didn't get applied for a policy and the updates didn't send out. For example, If I changed the job title, it's not automatically updated and I have to make sure that the information is corrected. So sometimes it happens that when I log in, the script is wrong, so I have to remove the signature and make it update again. I think that the performance could be better and so could the auto-updates when filling in new columns and information.

Flexible plans, stable, and scalable
I used another solution at the same time, which was far worse. The American company I worked for used a similar file-sharing solution called LeapFile, a secure file transfer service. Personally, I found Citrix ShareFile to be much better than LeapFile, which was quite clunky. I later used a solution called Egnyte, which my company used as its main file transfer solution, though I'm not sure if it's still in use. The company moved to Egnyte because it is more of an enterprise-level solution. Egnyte was expensive, but it worked. I believe Citrix ShareFile is aimed at smaller to medium-sized organizations, making it a more appropriate solution than Egnyte due to its pricing.

Pros

"Adobe Sign is highly reliable and offers additional features such as 25-year retention filters and audit capabilities."
"I adore using Adobe Sign since it feels intuitive and user-friendly. Its organic design makes it effortless to navigate, so even if you lack experience with Adobe software, you can quickly learn and use it accurately."
"I would recommend this solution to other people. It is an easy-to-use solution and one of the best."
"It makes it very easy to sign documents."
"Adobe Sign is a reliable product with good support and a continuous improvement process in place."
"The most valuable aspect of Adobe Sign is not a single feature, but rather a combination of features. From a broad perspective, the failover system is particularly noteworthy. In the event that Adobe Sign experiences downtime, there are backup measures in place through Amazon AWS that ensure continuity. For instance, if one region experiences an outage, another region can take over seamlessly, which is a significant advantage."
"Regarding the most valuable feature of the solution, I would say that it is easy to use."
"The ability to sign digitally is very convenient."
"The solution would query the Active Directory, and if new accounts were identified, Citrix ShareFile would add them automatically."
"The solution is scalable."
"This provides us with a secure way of sending tax returns without having to use passwords."
"It's user-friendly for end users."
"The Enterprise Dropbox solution is highly integrated with Microsoft's Office 365 and Azure products."
"Easy to manage and fully secure."
"ShareFile gives you all of the features of cloud providers, but in an on-premises solution."

Cons

"It works. I have no notes for improvement."
"I think that the performance could be better and so could the auto-updates when filling in new columns and information."
"The solution could always be more secure."
"The price of the solution could improve for certain plans."
"One limitation of Adobe Sign is the restriction of adding only one email address for an Adobe Sign account. This can cause issues at times because Adobe Sign does not permit multiple signed accounts with the same email address."
"It is hard to keep up with continuous improvements."
"They should integrate the solution with more email services."
"The user interface is not very intuitive."
"DLP features are lacking and required because, especially with everyone working from home, security is now paramount when the data is on BYOD devices."
"My only issue with this solution is the cost, which should be improved."
"Everything they have should be integrated into one item."
"The configuration on the mobile devices is a little clunky, in terms of setting up the application."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The free edition allows us to use the signature feature."
"As of now, there are no monthly expenses involved in the solution."
"Adobe Sign is not expensive, but it is premium-priced based on the specific features required. The value you get from the numerous features and free unlimited support, including expert advice, is worth considering when looking for value for money. Unlike licensed components, when you purchase Adobe Sign, you're not just buying support; hence, you won't be faced with any unexpected licensing costs for additional support."
"One area where there is room for improvement is the pricing of the entry-level plans. If you have minimal requirements for electronic signatures, the initial plans may not be suitable for SMBs as they may appear expensive. However, once you start using Adobe Sign, you can see a positive return on investment. Nonetheless, the pricing of the entry-level plans could be improved to cater to businesses with lower signing needs."
"If you are already a Citrix customer, I recommend having the Platinum licensing level, as it provides licensing for a number of various features that all integrate together."
"You have to work hard in order to get the suitable licenses."
"Citrix has a very good file auditing features and security features."
"I give the cost of the solution a five out of five."
