What is our primary use case?
At our company, we use the software in different ways in different departments. The marketing team uses the software to send marketing SMS to our subscribers and to send them reminders about their orders.
In my department, I use the software to manage airtime incentives that we send to clients who participate in our survey and feedback collection, as well as to access the finances and employee salary top-up.
The software is helping me complete tasks on time by automating activities and scheduling activities. Business loans are so helping us to boost sales since we have access to business loans any time without any paperwork and we can pay in installments which are helping us to grow.
The employee management feature is helping us to to manage the employee remote working experience without the need to access offices. They can do activities, submit work, handle projects remotely and request for leave at any time giving the human resource department flexibility in managing the employee and their activities.

What is most valuable?
The feature for creating a prepaid card is awesome. It is helping to create multiple prepaid cards to use on different online platforms, and this is making me feel secure and safe with my money since cards are prepaid and can be blocked right from the account dashboard - if you feel like something is compromised. It helps keep data safe and private.
Bulk airtime sending is a good feature. You can send airtime to multiple contacts all at once and this means you save a lot of time performing such a task. YOu can also schedule and automate the sending of airtime.
The user interface is clean and provides a good navigation experience from one module to another. It loads very fast on both mobile devices and most browsers and opens fast on computer devices.
What needs improvement?
There should be a possibility to create multiple cards at once for different currencies. They only support two currencies at the moment - USD and Naira currency - which is not so good for me.
The registration page requires a lot of information. They should consider shortening it and maybe using a "next" feature so that you can submit other information on another page rather than filling everything from a single page which looks so tiresome.
You cannot export transactions for offline reading. This should be implemented so that users can export their transactions to read offline and/or share with other departments.

The solution is stable, and we have not experienced any downtime since we implemented the solution.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The software has good scalability and can be used in different ways.
How are customer service and support?
The customer team is good. They respond to questions on live chat on their website and on calls. Unfortunately, they delay responding and accepting chats. You have to wait a long time to get a response or resolution from them, provided you have any issues to report.

The software does not require any set-up cost or set-up knowledge as you can use it right away.

A vendor team implemented the solution for us.
What was our ROI?
The software has increased our sales revenue and ROI ever since we started using the software.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The software is free to use. You pay for what you intend to use. For example, you pay for the SMS, create gift or prepaid cards, and other services and products. I have not noticed any monthly maintenance costs or monthly subscriptions.
However, SMS costs for sending bulk SMS are too expensive. The cost to implement a unique sender ID is too expensive on other operator networks which are charging around $70/month, making the software look so expensive.

What other advice do I have?
For any business that needs to use the software as a marketing tool for SMS, this is a great solution. They deliver SMS instantly. Also, any business looking to manage employee salary top-up, create cards, and send or buy gift card incentives, should try out this solution.
