Our use case of this product is for invoice processing. We tested it on a small project to get a comparison with UiPath. I am a user of this product and an intern in the company.
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
It's great that the solution doesn't require coding. If you input an invoice, it reads all the fields automatically and provides data. The dashboard is quite good, you can track things easily and it's user-friendly.
What needs improvement?
I think the product lacks sufficient keywords and templates, and increasing that would reduce the need to input a lot of field names. The data input process has to be easier, and it needs to automatically read better. The issues are minor.
For how long have I used the solution?
I've been using this solution for a month.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I don't think this solution is completely scalable yet. They're comparatively new and I'm sure they're still working on the maturity of the solution.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I wouldn't say the product is totally scalable or 100% reliable. I'm not sure that an organization should depend on this tool 100%. If they're integrating with something else then that would be better.
How are customer service and support?
The technical support is very responsive and they're happy to provide more than one demo. Our demo was set up within a day or two. When we had doubts, they set up two more demos and they brought in technical support to assist.
How would you rate customer service and support?
Positive
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is very easy. You need a trial license or you can buy it, and there's no real setup, you just get to the dashboard.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We have been using UiPath and decided to compare it with Automation Hero to see which solution was better for our needs. UiPath has a Template Manager feature where you input every template and then custom-select the area. You have to do it for every type of invoice, every invoice template. If you have a different invoice format, you have to upload a sample and select the area where the name will be. If you then upload another invoice from a different person, it automatically reads it. Automation Hero has all of that as an inbuilt feature. It's very user-friendly and doesn't require a lot of manual work. The issue is that it's not sufficiently accurate. UiPath is more accurate, but it takes more work. Automation Hero doesn't have so much manual work, but it's not sufficiently accurate.
If the invoice is simple, you can use Automation Hero. If it's more complex or has unusual words, then I think UiPath is better. Having evaluated both solutions we've decided to stay with UiPath.
What other advice do I have?
I rate this product seven out of 10.
Which deployment model are you using for this solution?
