AutonomIQ TestIQ is a tool from SoftLab. My company uses the solution since it is a low-code and no-code automation tool. AutonomIQ TestIQ is a tool with which you don't require to use coding and can be helpful when you have a very less skilled resource. Behind AutonomIQ TestIQ or in the backend, we have Selenium platform, and in the frontend, we have UI.

What needs improvement?
AutonomIQ TestIQ is only available on mobile devices and on the web. I wish to see AutonomIQ TestIQ in a different area, like game automation or game testing. There is no tool or support offered in the market for game testing. The automatic automation should help capture videos, logs, audio, and other steps with which the user plays that particular game if I want to automate any graphical game with the help of a low-code and no-code tool, like AutonomIQ TestIQ. The ability to capture and record with the help of automation is not there in AutonomIQ TestIQ. The aforementioned area can be considered for improvement.

It is a stable solution. Stability-wise, I rate the solution a seven out of ten.

Technical support and chatbots are also available for AutonomIQ TestIQ's users. AutonomIQ TestIQ's support is very fast. I rate the technical support a nine out of ten.

The initial setup was very easy.
I rate the setup an eight on a scale of one to ten, where one is difficult and ten is easy.
The solution can be deployed on-premises or remotely, and they have data centers in various countries from where you can remotely do the executions on different platforms, machines, and devices, like Android and iOS, with different configurations.
The solution is deployed on-premises in our company.
The deployment process doesn't take much time.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
There is another tool named Leapwork. Compared to Leapwork, AutonomIQ TestIQ is very good since there are a lot of parameters in it, including a platform, CI/CD, different login mechanisms, support, and online help. One can integrate AutonomIQ TestIQ with any other tool. If you consider Virtuoso or Leapwork, AutonomIQ TestIQ is a great tool.
What other advice do I have?
Anybody can use AutonomIQ TestIQ because it's a very user-friendly tool that is very easy to use and does not require any technical skill. It's a straightforward tool, and online help is also available for the product. Tutorials are also available for the product's users. No coding skills are required to use the product.
Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.
