Azure AI Vision Reviews

I have not utilized Azure AI Vision for quality control. I used it for facial recognition, especially in forensics applications.

For real-time applications such as IoT, Azure AI Vision can be applied to industrial pollution monitoring and ship cargo inspection. Azure AI Vision has many applications combined with IoT, and we are building something in forensics. It can also be used in education, and I see significant scope for Azure AI Vision, especially in logistics. My use cases are limited to three or four applications.

I did not know how Azure AI Vision image analysis integration impacted my inventory management accuracy because the requirement came from the government. We are building a forensics application where we need to capture an image and find the exact extraction of the image. In that context, we have used it. We have not used it in any other application such as quality control or others.

For Azure AI Vision, we wanted a complete pre-trained model. Actually, we did not find any pre-trained model for a specific domain, so we are building from scratch. I know it is difficult to build it from scratch. For example, in a legal department, we are using the Iron Legal BERT model, a pre-trained model for law. We are expecting similar pre-trained models in medical or emergency services so that we can improve. I see Med-Image-Insight, which is one application being used. It is already open, but we want to see it more in different domains as well.

Azure AI Vision is fantastic. You can build end-to-end solutions with Azure AI, and it is easy to deploy. I use AI Analytics, AI Vision, and almost all the services, such as Analytics, Form Recognition, and Translation Services.

I have not used any pre-trained model with Azure AI Vision; we are using only a customized model.

I want a complete pre-trained model inbuilt with Azure AI Vision so that it can help in other domains as well. Then I can directly consume the API and solve the problem. For now, we are using customized code, which may be vulnerable to security issues, and we do not have access to datasets in certain domains. If they can come up with a complete customized or complete pre-trained model, I would say ten out of ten is achievable.

I have been using it for almost one and a half years.

Before Azure AI Vision, I did not work with anything similar. I started with Azure because Azure gave me some credits, and I continued building all my applications on Azure.

The pricing for Azure AI Vision is reasonable because I have Azure credits. I am a startup, so they are giving me credits, and I am utilizing them. They are good, actually. I am using B1 Tier credits, which are nominal and transparent. Perhaps going forward they might increase the pricing, but I am not sure about it.

I know BlazeMeter, but currently I am working with something else. I am working on AI, generative AI, and other applications.

I completely work with Azure AI, so I started building applications using that.

I definitely recommend Azure AI Vision to others. I give this product a rating of eight out of ten.
