The solution enables us to back up everything we have on OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange.

The product enables us to restore lost files. It is like a security blanket. In case we lose our files, we can get it back. It is relatively easy to manage backups. The tool has a user-friendly interface. The solution covers most things.

The solution has its flaws. Locating and recovering files can be confusing. It takes us a little bit of time to find the file we're looking for.

I have been using the solution for 12 months.

I have had no issues with the tool’s stability. I rate the stability a ten out of ten.

I rate the tool’s scalability a ten out of ten. We have two users.

We used Veeam before to back up our cloud on-premise. We switched to Barracuda because Veeam became expensive.

I rate the ease of setup a seven out of ten.

The price is reasonable compared to other products. Veeam cost us GBP 7000. Barracuda costs us GBP 1500 per year.

People should try using the solution. It is a good product. Overall, I rate the product a nine out of ten.

We are using Barracuda for our online office backup. It's for the backup of mailboxes and team SharePoint sites that we have with Azure and Office 365.

I don't have any specific features I love. Overall, it's a good product, and I've been happy with its capabilities. 

The initial setup is pretty simple.

We find the product to be stable. 

In the future, we are looking for solutions combining both local and cloud backup from a single management platform that was initially not yet available. There were two different platforms at Barracuda.

What would be great should be either a guaranteed restore or a guaranteed restoring speed. It's difficult as they rely on Azure too. However, that would be convenient from a user perspective.

I've been using the solution for two years now.

It is a stable, reliable solution. It doesn't crash or freeze. There are no bugs or glitches. 

The product is scalable. 

Working directly with it, with the management interface and so on, only requires two people. However, the backup is for around 4,000 office accounts and teams.

Support is probably good, however, we didn't really use them yet.

It is easy to set up and implement the solution. It's not too difficult. We were able to set it up within a day. 

We implemented the product with the help of a reseller. They were very good. 

They gave a specific offer to us which made it reasonably priced which meant we could use it in our environment. We have a lot of office accounts which are just for workers with limited mailboxes and use of the office application. They offered a really low price for these types of users, and that made it affordable for us.

We pay a yearly fee. I'm not aware of the exact cost of the product.

We are satisfied with the product. It's easy to use, and it's also what they promised us. From that perspective, if you get a good price, then it's fine to use it.

The most valuable feature is the AI with threat detection that can detect ransomware and restore it.

The solution may be improved by allowing integration with other platforms.

The solution's ransom protection and ease of recovery are great. The solution can be installed on-premises or as a hybrid prem and cloud.

I recommend you study and familiarize yourself with the solution before implementing it to assure everything goes smoothly.

We use Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup for API integration during data backup.

The product's most valuable feature is the backup retention policy. Customers can have unlimited retention with the user-level license.

They should adapt to new parameters as the market grows. They must identify entities or market parameters after COVID-19 situations and upgrade the product.

I have been using Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup for approximately two years. My company has been working for more than ten years.

The solution performs well using API integration with primarily incremental parameters.

We recommend Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup for small and medium-sized enterprises and large enterprises but not for dedicated large enterprises.

A customer can start using Barracuda by first obtaining a license. Once the license is activated, customers can load their data into the product. The documented article contains the steps for implementation. It takes 45 minutes to deploy. However, the backup time may vary depending on the amount of data. For example, a customer with 100GB of data per user may experience a backup time of an hour.

The product's pricing is based on the customer's needs because every customer is different. Depending on the case, we can make the deal per the customer's budget. We cannot commit to a price for the customer. However, once the seats have been increased, the number of licenses will also increase, making it more economical.

The platform is good for any customer who is moving to Barracuda products. Its portfolio has been growing and evolving quickly. It is a full-featured vendor that can provide a good solution for various needs.

Overall, I rate it a nine out of ten.

We use the tool for our Microsoft 365 customers for their backup of Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint data. We also use it for data security and disaster recovery. 

The product is deployable anywhere. It is also scalable and reliable.

The tool does not support Google Support. I have only Microsoft 365 customers. I don't have a good solution for my G-suite customers. 

I haven't had any major issues with the product's support.

We are using Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup for backups of Microsoft 365.

The most valuable feature of Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is it's synchronized well with Microsoft 365. Additionally, the solution is able to identify through Microsoft Defender if there are viruses and will provide a notification.

We needed assistance with the implementation of the solution from the vendor. The process could be easier.

The support from Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is great. They have Japanese support in Japan. Other vendors have support in China and the USA or other locations that are mostly in English. Having language support in Japanese and in our time zone is helpful.

The initial setup of Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup was simple and did not take a lot of time with the vendor support engineer. The deployment took approximately one day.

To finalize the implementation of the solution, we had to enlist the assistance of both our own engineer and the vendor's engineer.

The price of the solution is reasonable.

We have evaluated other solutions before choosing Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup. We choose this solution because it is cost-effective, good support, and easy to use.

The solution does not require any particular maintenance.

I would strongly recommend this solution to others.
