I would recommend this product to others as it has been serving its purpose in our environment and we never had any major issues with it.

Its flexible policies cater to organizational needs, though migration challenges and AD agent issues exist. Despite being pricier than competitors like Titan HQ, Barracuda lacks DNS filtering for off-site clients and essential features such as Sandbox. Customer support requires improvement for tech buyers considering comprehensive security solutions.
