In my experience, the best features Brightcove offers are its ability to provide proprietary and secure videos, as customers' proprietary assets will be secured and not publicly accessible, unlike YouTube videos.

Brightcove needs better support for React Native, as the video player that comes with it has native playback for Android and iOS, but we do not want to maintain so many platforms.

I feel it is fair to not give a perfect score, as other players resolve these issues more efficiently and often at a lower cost, making seven the appropriate rating, with room for improvement to achieve a nine.

In general, I frequently communicate with their tier one technical support via email or ticketing. This is an area where I feel they could improve because it often takes a while for them to respond, even as a premium customer.
