What is our primary use case?
Our main use case for Cayosoft Administrator is to ensure compliance and uniformity in the management of our directory services. A simple example of how we use Cayosoft Administrator for compliance or uniformity is that we can automate ticket creation and enforce user creation to follow certain steps with certain information.
It also allows us not to worry about delegating permissions in Active Directory or making everyone a domain administrator.
What is most valuable?
Cayosoft Administrator offers features that accomplish everything we can imagine we would want in relation to Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
All features of Cayosoft Administrator are important for us, and the compliance aspect as well as making sure people are doing things right and documenting correctly is very important to us.
Cayosoft Administrator has positively impacted our organization by saving us time, ensuring things are done consistently, and ensuring we meet our compliance requirements.
What needs improvement?
I cannot think of anything that would improve Cayosoft Administrator at this time.

I have been using Cayosoft Administrator for about two and a half years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Cayosoft Administrator is stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Cayosoft Administrator has scaled to meet our needs just fine, but beyond that, I am not sure.
How are customer service and support?
Customer support has been absolutely fantastic. On a scale of one to ten, I would rate the customer support a ten.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We did not previously use a different solution; we were doing everything manually.
How was the initial setup?
We did not purchase Cayosoft Administrator through the Azure Marketplace; we purchased it directly from Cayosoft. My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing was that Cayosoft was transparent on their quotation and everything was done within budget.
What was our ROI?
We have definitely seen a return on investment and believe that significant time has been saved, but the real value is hard to measure when it comes to ensuring compliance and consistency.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing Cayosoft Administrator, we kept our minds open for quite some time, but Cayosoft Administrator was the only option we found that met our needs and the only one we ultimately evaluated in depth.
What other advice do I have?
On a scale of one to ten, I would rate Cayosoft Administrator a ten. I chose ten because the product does everything we need it to do, it does it well, and the support team at Cayosoft is fantastic.
We are not using Cayosoft Administrator's AI capabilities, but the product's general governance and security seem good.
My advice to others looking into using Cayosoft Administrator is to test it for your use case, but trust that when Cayosoft says their product does something, it does it and it does it well.
