How was the initial setup?
The initial setup was very complex as it took a lot of effort to configure and around two weeks to get the basics working. I'd rate the ease of the setup as two or three out of five.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
UCM is quite expensive.
What other advice do I have?
UCM is a very useful and comprehensive server product. Anybody thinking of implementing it should invest in training to get the best results. I would give it a rating of seven out of ten.
