What is our primary use case?



The solution is used for platform security. 


How has it helped my organization?



It has helped the organization to provide high-security access to applications and performs well.


What is most valuable?



Auto-finance provides a set of features that we would like to get benefits from.

The solution is easy to handle. 


What needs improvement?



The remote access features need improvement. 


What do I think about the stability of the solution?



It is a stable solution. 


What do I think about the scalability of the solution?



From the point of view of a user, it is a scalable solution. The solution performs well with growth and is easily accessible. There are less than one hundred users because it's part of a SIP company. But in the main group, it has three thousand users. The idea is to grow and provide our service to two thousand users.


Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?



We previously used CS Plus, which is a Windows Server. 


What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?



The solution is fairly priced. There are no additional costs involved, one only needs to pay the licensing cost. 


What other advice do I have?



The first thing is to see what kind of applications you are trying to access. The application's design has an advantage for users as the switches are easy to maintain and plan compared to Remote Access or CS Plus. It is low-consuming on the user side, and you don't need much bandwidth to access it. The solution is cheap, but this depends on what kind of application you will access.

I rate the overall solution a nine out of ten.

Good security and scalability features; recording feature would be helpful

What is our primary use case?



We mainly use Citrix for deploying applications and providing centralized access to our clients. We process everything that's in the server. We are currently implementing this solution for one of our clients. We're a user of Citrix and I'm a  senior manager and security consultant. 



What is most valuable?



The security of the solution is a good feature. 



What needs improvement?



I believe there are some performance issues with the solution. Citrix believes this is because of the application but I'm not sure that's the case. 

I would like to see them include VGI, recording features in the next release. 



For how long have I used the solution?



We've been using this solution for 14 years. 



What do I think about the scalability of the solution?



The scalability of this solution is good. 



How are customer service and technical support?



The technical support could be improved, it's average. 



What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?



The cost of the solution is okay but if you require anything extra they charge for it. It might be additional security or a recording feature. Each one of these means an additional charge.



What other advice do I have?



I would rate this solution a seven out of 10.
