| CTO at a tech services company with 501-1,000 employees | 3.5 | I've used Commvault for backup and DR, appreciating its replication and instant recovery, and good ROI. However, I found the initial setup very complex, and it could improve large database backups and cater to smaller companies. |
| Lead - Cloud Engineering at a tech services company with 201-500 employees | 4.0 | I've used the solution for six months and find it excellent for disaster recovery, supported by great technical support. My main concern is its high price and the need for more competitive features to keep pace. |
| Principal Consultant at Kronicles (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd | 5.0 | I find this robust solution excellent for backup data management, improving our organization through its flexibility, functionality, and ease of use. I would like a scaled-down, pay-per-use version for SMEs. |

We have received a very good and quick ROI from this solution.
The solution is very effective for the money you spend. They need to have better competent IT department assistants in order to get the best out of the solution.

The solution should be offered at a better price. What I keep on hearing from our pre-sales and sales team is that there are competitive products, which are doing great on the commercial trends. If their pricing proves to be much higher in comparison than these, it is possible we might leave.
The solution should offer more options. They need to make sure that their features are keeping pace with competitors.
There is more to be done with DR and DR management. Any additional features that could be added on that front would be a great thing.

There are more than 15 users on the solution currently.
It's too early to be able to say if we will increase usage at this time. We've only really just started using it.
