I would rate the customer support of 1Password Business a 10.
The support for PAM is not very prompt as it requires logging a case first and responses can take a day or two.
1Password Business supports organizational growth by accommodating increasing numbers of passwords and integrations with multiple services.
1Password Business scales from a single user to multiple users across teams and departments in a seamless manner.
I would improve the search engine of 1Password to make it clearer or less confusing.
More integration with third-party SaaS products would be beneficial.
The tutorials and documentation for 1Password Business are not the best.
Unlike other Manager products that provide remote assistance or support, for PAM, users have to log a case first and may receive a reply in one or two days.
The pricing is reasonable.
ManageEngine Password Manager Pro is cheaper than other products, such as BeyondTrust, and is more than 50% cheaper compared to the Boomer solution we used before.
The automatic password rotation feature is particularly valuable, as rotated passwords are automatically updated to the 1Password Business vault.
I find the administration features particularly valuable, especially the Watchtower feature that alerts me when certain passwords have not been updated within a certain timeframe or when sites or accounts have been exposed, prompting me to proactively change those passwords.
1Password Business has positively impacted my organization by reducing some of our security risks.
The auditing feature is particularly valuable as it makes privileged account usage auditable.
