I have not seen a return on investment thanks to Keeper Enterprise Password Manager that can be measured; however, it helps ensure the sustainability of the company's revenue by properly protecting the key users of the company, such as executives or IT managers, so it is an insurance rather than a productivity gain, and for the moment, it is hard to measure.

Password manager has strengthened daily device security and has simplified secure sharing
While Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has a good interface for password management, I believe they can make the feature for Privileged Access Management a bit more user-friendly, as right now it is somewhat complicated to get a privileged access manager running in both development and production environments. Regarding improvements needed for the deployment of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, I would like to see a simple way to install requirements on servers so they can easily be accessed through it and use Privileged Access Management. Right now the installation is somewhat complex as there is scripting to be done. It would be great for that setup to be more simple for operators.

Auditing enhances privileged account security with a fast deployment
The support for the PAM product is not very prompt. Unlike other Manager products that provide remote assistance or support, for PAM, users have to log a case first and may receive a reply in one or two days. This process is slower compared to other products from the same manufacturer.
