The best feature of AWS Marketplace is that they have nearly all services needed, and the pay-as-you-go model is the best offering. The pay-as-you-go model for DataDog and Lacework helps us as we connect with the Lacework team, finalize a contract, and then they send us an AWS Marketplace link through which we complete the payment process, helping in budget and resource planning. The major impact of AWS Marketplace on my organization is that we get billing on a single account, meaning we do not have to manage multiple billings; just one main AWS account handles everything. Due to the single billing account, we could do reservations of servers, which saves us across all the organizations. Since we have multiple AWS accounts, it helps when we have a single billing account for everything.
